I definitely recommend this restaurant to bring a significant other or a group of friends to. The owners are really kind and want to see you have a nice night. The food was excellent and they offer quite a broad range of Middle Eastern flavors and dishes. It is a great BYOB restaurant in South Philly.
The service, the food, the vibe...it’s all very special. Bobby, owner and chef along with wife Christina, presents an octopus that many say is the best in Philadelphia. I happen to agree. Wonderful Mediterranean and Middle Eastern choices. Pizza are great too. Highly recommend.
We eat in this area often because our son lives in this neighborhood. I found this place on Resy and the menu looked interesting, they had outdoor seating and a B.Y.O.B. so we decided to try it. The food is a mix of pizza and Turkish/Greek so there were a lot of interesting dishes to choose from.
I read about Stina in an Eater article so I decided to order from the pizzeria for the first time. I was not disappointed. I got a pide, a couple of pizzas, and the Mediterranean dips and everything was delicious. I wish the place was closer, but I will be coming back in the future.
Definitely the best meal I've had in a while. We had the octopus, manti, pide and spicy soppressata pizza. My personal favs were the manti and the pizza. Super quaint vibe and service was excellent. Make sure you make a reservation as it is small and does get packed.
Delicious, delizioso, delicioso, do not know other ways to say delicious. I was blown away. We ordered the hummus platter, mushroom pide, and margarita pizza. The pide is very filling, the cheese is rich. It is a heavy cheese, so it takes about 2-3 people to finish it. It's very similar to a calzone.
