Stone Gardens Bellevue

Horrible experience. Brought several kids and since they weren’t over 14, I was required to stand there...and do absolutely nothing (which was super difficult keeping two younger children entertained). Wasn’t even allowed to bring the younger kids to the play area. I signed waivers...for what? What would I do there to “help” when I have two young kids and there is an attendant there that I was paying for? The attendant that was belaying was not engaging at all with the kids (nor with me). Don’t recommend and not returning under such circumstances.

Stone gardens is the gym to go for climbers of any skill level. Their routesetters are fantastic and the variance of routes is amazing. I always have a good time here (I go 5x/week) and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is interested in climbing or alreast does. They have programs to teach basic skills required to climb and people there are very helpful with new climbers. Do not overlook Stone Gardens!

Has 3 big climbing spaces, the center one is high wall with safety rope. Variety of level and good for everyone from beginners to athletes. Free fitness area has weight, treadmill, etc. $5 yoga classes are available for everyone, they have Hatha, vinyasa, so I go there while I am waiting for my friends. You need to bring a locker key to lock the door in the locker room, or most of people just leave their bags and coat in the locker next to the front desk. Electric sign up and a few minutes of demonstrating video required for the first time. There are huge parking in front of the store and many stores around it. Friendly, good staff and nice people.

Great experience! A little bit disoriented as I was there for my first time, but otherwise not bad at all.
