Stranger Factory is an Albuquerque based art gallery that specializes in contemporary character design, illustration, lowbrow, and narrative art.

Story

A dedicated gallery and retail space that will feature original artwork, production pieces, books, magazines, novelties, and more, the Stranger Factory comes to us from the hearts and minds of Brandt Peters and Kathie Olivas, a husband/wife artistic team with decades of experience in character design, fine art, gallery management, and toy production.

The Stranger Factory is located just off Central Ave -- Albuquerque's main thoroughfare that runs through Downtown, Old Town, Nob Hill and the University of New Mexico areas. This particular area still holds the charm of the original old Route 66 highway, with Art Deco buildings and facades, neon infused gas stations converted to pubs, shops and restaurants that supports a thriving walking district and night life.
