Studio Arms II & III

One issue I have is the overpriced rent. These units are at least twice as expensive as they are actually worth. And the pests are atrocious! There's always a roach wherever you look, there are mice scratching around in the walls and sneaking around you when you sleep, and I'm pretty sure I saw a possum or two patrolling the blocks. Another thing is the blatant and neglected safety hazards. Most of the stairways have broken steps of which are haphazardly held together with a metal bar screwed to either side underneath. On top of that, on the smaller building on Barry Ave., there are NO lights to help guide you down the stairs safely at night. My father mistook the lighter colored steps as the bottom, and barely managed to brake his fall and not hit the brick wall in front of him! One last thing is the people. There is a soda machine in the larger building on Jules Ave., but you can never get a drink because there is always a pool of urine in the receiving part! Worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. I'd advise you avoid at all costs, and consider reporting this location to the Department of Health and Human Services. P.S. There should be a zero star rate for places like this.

Overpriced Apts. That and the place is in disrepair.
