How does a footlong, chips, and a drink cost $21 here, but $13 at the Assembly location? The sandwiches were good, but we had to reach out to the bank for a partial refund.

Terrible service, no greeting, no response when greeted, brown lettuce, skimped on sandwich ingredients. Not consistent with other locations.

I am an elderly gentleman over 60 years of age. All I wanted to do was to buy a sub sandwich, sit at a table, and eat it, perhaps get a refill on my Dr Pepper. Instead this is what happened: I asked to wash my hands before I ordered: "The bathroom is broken." I asked if I could eat inside: "The dining room is closed." I asked if I could use this coupon for my meal: "We don't accept coupons." So there you have it. Three reasons to NEVER EVER go to the Subway in Five Points.

My husband and I went in today at this location, like we do every so often, and experienced rude customer service throughout the entire visit. The two ladies working got even more annoyed with us when we said that we wanted to try ordering online instead of in the line, to see if we could utilize any deals going on. Impatient, the ladies announced they were going outside because we were taking too long for them. We had issues using the app and the website but eventually figured it out and placed the order. When we got our footlongs, neither had been toasted like we had asked and they were practically falling apart. The bread on my sandwich was completely wrong and the chicken was cold. We also got chips and drinks, but were disappointed to see that the majority of the straws has been tampered with and opened, so we didn’t feel safe in grabbing straws for them.

The people at this subway were excellent and I loved every bite of my sandwich. I even was able to get it toasted without the worker complaining. I got the tuna with provolone and i must say that the tuna and provolone being toasted was great. I would also recommend the turkey.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The employee was very rude. Never come back to this subway or any other branch

This Subway is never crowded and the staff is friendly. The only drawback is that this location does not participate or honor coupons that other locations do. Other than that it's am overall good experience every time.

I liked my 6" Veggie Delight meal. Fresh and tasty. I rarely have a problem with Subway. Place was clean. Staff was nice. Reminder: Their bathroom is closed to the public during the pandemic.
