This is beyond crazy. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and instead was given a 12 count nugget meal. Which is fine, I called the store to see for part of my money back but no one answered so I left a voicemail. As I begin eating I see a hair in my food. I don’t know what happened but this chick fil a needs to step it up. I would gladly appreciate my money back.
Went through the drive thru on Saturday at 8am, around 8:10 when I finally pulled up to the window to get my food they asked me to park since it would be a minute. I had to walk in at 9:40 to see what the deal was and after waiting 10 minutes to be acknowledged when the workers were straight up ignoring me, the guy who told me to park asked me what I needed and when I told him I was waiting on my order after they told me to park he handed me my order in literally under a minute. The ticket for my bag was marked ready at 8:20…So it was clearly that they forgot me to give me my order. My food was ice cold and my drink was completely melted from the ice. I only recommend coming here if you want to be forgotten and get terrible service with even more terrible food.
My order took so long to make 2 door dash drivers left because of the wait. Ultimately I had to drive down there to get my food, at which point I received some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not to mention there was not 1 car in the drive through and only 3 people eating inside. Do yourself a favor and drive a little farther to the one off Bush River or Garners Ferry. Ever since pandemic and Chick-Fil-A moving to a drive through dominant model the quality of the food and the entire experience has cratered. Many errors on food, consistently cold fries and just overall all poor performance. This location has been a disappointment the last 5 visits. I reported an order where they completely left the bun off my sandwich and they never even returned my call. When I complained in person they completely ignored me.
Sorry to say, this location and experience is the worst I've EVER had with a Chik fil A. The location is just too tight. Parking is ridiculous and the drive thru and exit are so confusing. While the staff are very sweet, they need to get their system in order. There were employees walking between cars in line trying to find who's order they had.. Asking for names and some just looked lost. Our food was not hot like it usually is and just not what I'm used to from this company. I hope they get it worked out..
They had a small crew so it took a few mins to get through the drive through, not the problem though. I asked for 2 Chick-fil-A sandwiches no pickles and packets of mayo and Sriracha. I got extra pickles and no sauces whatsoever. The chicken was over cooked and the bread was hard. Also suspicious and odd, when I asked for a receipt and they acted like it was a problem.
Slowest, most unfriendly/welcoming chick-fil-a I’ve ever visited. Waiting for food while the staff stands around chatting / unbothered by those of us waiting is rather off putting.
Chick fil la is definitely not the same. My salad had wilted lettuce at the bottom as if they flipped the old lettuce. Quality has went down.Food: 1/5
It's always a great experience here unless someone is having a bad day . Thank God I haven't ran across them yet. Great food and serviceFood: 5/5
Service was terrible. I put in a mobile order. For some reason when I got to the restaurant they would not give me my order. Needless to say, I’m still waiting on a refund. The mangers were not helpful at all. I will not be going back there.
