I’ve given this restaurant five tries in the past two weeks. I have the subway pass for this month so I have been going to Subway every single day. The owner guy has always been extremely short and rude and my sandwiches have been extremely light. Today was the last straw the owner was verbally rude and aggressive and loud when I asked about my sandwich. He said since I got the pass and it made the sandwich cheaper this was all I was getting. He told me not to order from this location again. I would avoid this location at all costs. I gave it five tries and the outcome was the same every visit
I ordered 2 subway club flatbreads,toasted, with shredded mozzarella, lettuce, and spinach. that’s all. I placed the order ten minutes prior to arriving to pick up my sandwiches. when i got to the store, it was empty and i was able to see the employee making my sandwiches. i watched him put provolone on the sandwich, skip toasting it, and he put barely a shred of lettuce. this is the second time in a row this location has messed up my order, and it really ruined my autistic daughter’s day. those differences matter, and the notes section is there for a reason, so why don’t they read them? overall this is the worst experience i have ever had before at a subway, and i even used to work at one myself as a teenager. this is completely unacceptable and this location is setting the bar very low for your brand and franchise. not to mention i was the only one in the store and the only worker still did not even speak a word to me. needless to say, i will not be returning to this location, and this is completely unacceptable. from experience as a sandwich artist, it isn’t that hard to make a sandwich with written instructions, so i simply don’t understand what went wrong here. I’d really like a refund for the inconvenience this caused me, being that both of the items on my order were made incorrectly in multiple ways. thank you.
This place is great, but. My only concern was the new guy they hired. He seems to have a poor attitude with his job, he wanted to go from moping the floor and cleaning straight to preparing subs. Good thing the manager was there and told him he always needs to wash his hands before preparing subs. As a consumer I appreciate the manager for his awesome ethic but as a return customer literally eat there twice a week, I would let the new hire go as that could ruin his place of business.
The owner is extremely rude and unwelcoming. I watched him chastise an employee for putting too much lettuce in a salad bowl. The customer said that she requested it and she’s paying so it shouldn’t be an issue, the owner was dismissive. When preparing my sub, the owner barely put any meat on the sub and literally added a pinch of lettuce. I had to ask him 3 times for more lettuce because he grabbed 2 fingers of lettuce each time. I also asked for Monterrey cheddar and got American cheese. I’ll gladly drive a few more blocks to another Subway for better customer service.
I have been going to the subway for a while now and I just went 2 days ago. I went today and now the Indian lady never seen before say they don’t take coupons after than already made the sandwich and I have been using them there for a while now, so I was about to walk out the store and now she’s gonna ask what kind of coupon Subway of course I got it in the mail like it changed or something. So she take the coupon when she just told me she’s not taking it because I was about to walk out the door. It would’ve been different if they had a sign on the door that said don’t take coupons. I hate these owners So I guess bye, bye subway and hello fire house! They really are telling people they don’t accept coupons when you could just scan it on the cash register right where u Scan for reward points, bad for business
Normally Subways put four slices of cheese on footlong they do 2 and a half. For their meats they cut them in half and put them on the subs. This is a very greed franchisee, everyone from our business avoids them, did realize and I will as well.
This is the worst subway ever. I gave them one more chance and still this guy put the ends of the tomato on my sandwich and no meat. For 9 dollar s I can make my own sandwich for two days. This is the last time sending money here.
This is their idea of what a footlong steak and cheese should look like in the middle. I see illusions of steak....and they're rude to boot. Last time here
Proper Professional Protocol Not Met. Careful Mr.Subway you may be handing your business over to a customer you were rude and disrespectful to.
Owner yelled at his staff for bread being stale. Called a customer a lier. After years of eating here I will not be returning.
