Domino's Pizza

I'm not gonna lie, I use to order from you guys for awhile now. Great service, food, delivery, just everything. But then I see your commercial, right my order had been delivered, about you'll pay to come pick it up yourself. Why would you even say that? I loved y'all for many reasons food and delivery, now I'll go elsewhere because you must think I'm lazy. It doesn't matter why I have it delivered. If I don't want to, just stop delivering. Thanks for years of service.

Forgot our bread so we waited even after ordering over 90 minutes in advance, then they shorted us a sauce after having to be reminded we ordered any at all. Just kinda felt like an unwanted inconvenience rather than a customer.

Would be 5 stars but the delivery girl had the wrong order n had to go back, but she was so apalogetic, n just super nice, not to mention super pretty also, good vibes, n the pizza was made n cooked perfect n still pretty warm. Thanks Rachel n dominoes. I Appreciate you

would give zero stars specifically for the manager. after waiting 45 minutes in store, we watched a pizza artist drop pizza dough on the floor and continue to turn it into a pizza and sell it. delivery driver came back from a delivery and the manager hollered disrespectfully telling him to clock out and that he is fired. i do not care how busy you are, you do not speak to an employee in that manner, nor are you in any position to lose an employee given the state of your store. do better.

Ordered 1 1/2 hours ago. My order was not even made yet. Obviously I cancelled. worst pizza experience ever. Close up shop and find what your good at.

Horrible experience. Ordered over and hour again so I called to see what was happening and the lady on the phone was completely disrespectful saying “If you want hot food come pick it up yourself”. If I could leave no stars I would.

Good food but the customer service is super poor, the only reason I went back is because they have an amazing gm and she is super nice and also pleasant

The manager there on this night is a liar, just as well as the little boy who answered the phone tonight!! Customer service sucked and she's not capable of speaking on the phone, I rather speak with the customer service agents on the phone!! You can understand them better.

This is the 3rd time this location has given a 30 min pickup window, yet ended up having to wait an hour and a half for a pizza. They did not even start making it until an hour after the order was placed.

Brittany was awesome! She was helpful even in the midst of personal tragedy. She showed up to work, even so. The online ordering didn’t come out quite right and even though it was in the oven, Brittany tried her hardest to override the order so she could redo it, to no avail. Her efforts are greatly appreciated.
