Great customer service. Clean cut your sandwiches great shapes enough to eat. Fresh ingredients every time grilled options to yummy and assorted menu with choice of chips and drinks!!! Wont regret eating here!

I came during a rush hour and they had me out faster than I could’ve ever thought possible, the restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, it made it for a way better experience than just getting my sandwich that I was fully prepared to wait 5 times longer for than I did!

I was getting my car serviced near by and decided to walk there for a sandwich and drink. The sandwich was good as usual, however I was given a cup and went to get ice for my drink and the ice had black mold in it.I showed it to the staff and all they offered me was another cup to get more ice from the same bin. Really! This was after I tipped them as well. No one attempted to clean the bin and replace it with fresh ice. All I can say is pay attention but I will not be returning to that location.

Jersey Mike's makes the best subs around. But lately the service has been horrible. I went in today and they asked what I would like to order I had half of my order placed and was then told sorry were out of bread SMH

The CLEANEST food establishment ever!! All the staff are super pleasant and efficient. Even the bags of chips are in perfect order

Ordered 2 sandwiches 1 BLT and 1 Ham and Provolone both Mike's way I was the only customer in the shop and waited for 5 minutes for someone to take my order. When I got home to eat, both had been completely saturated with oil. I've been to Mike's plenty of times in Norwich and other locations and never had such terrible service and sandwiches. Whatever crew was working 4-1-22 between 5 and 6 pm needed adult supervision and training to keep Jersey Mike's a good place to get a sandwich. I won't go back.

Never had a problem in the past and have ordered here several times...but this last experience I had put a bad taste in my mouth and don't know if I will be back!

A phone call that rings? So crazy, perhaps answer it. Go here a good bit, terrible customer service.

The food is always good but today it was wrong. I asked for wheat and got white even after the cook condescendingly said it was on wheat. He didn't want to do it over because it was kind of crowded.
