One of the employees there was rude and seemed to have a attitude problem. She also clearly does not know the menu because I asked for a American Club sandwich and she would repeatedly ask me if I wanted beef in it American Club does not have beef in it I told her several times no. The sandwich came out fine in the end, but I would suggest not going here.
Don't turn your toaster off 30 minutes before you close just so you can lock up and leave early. Terrible the level of unprofessionalism at this location. Future patrons beware

The "new management" is awful. Rude, standoffish, hard to understand. I won't be back.
First visit to this location. Will not be going back. The person behind the counter may be a "sandwich artist", but customer service is not her forte'. Two subs, BOGO plus a $5 gift card. Total was $8.55 after coupon and supposedly the $5 gift card. Nope. Try again. Didn't seem remotely correct, so I asked for the receipt, which pi**ed her off. Miss Congeniality goes for a smoke, which I'm guessing was very much needed. The woman left behind to try to sort out the mess couldn't do it. Fine. New people need training. Enter Miss Congeniality again. The smoke didn't help apparently. She gets pi**ed at me for questioning. She doesn't want to deal with it and tells me "it's free" and dismisses me. Ummm, I already paid you. I'm guessing she still thinks I got a great deal. Some coaching on customer service and math would be helpful. Won't bring me back in, but might keep you from losing more repeat business. I've been to Subway locations around the globe and didn't have 1/10th the trouble at any of them combined, and half of them didn't speak English.
Said their scanner could not scan the coupons....Promised kids Subway...so I got them....Not going back..
People are rude. I come in for lunch sometimes and they just rush you through and slop it together. I stopped going because I decided to get something just recently. I got a rotisserie wrap with bacon. I got out drove back to work began eating. About half way through my wrap i smelled a weird smell. Wasnt a normal smell. Turns out the wrap was molded ..im lucky I didnt get sick but I did have to go to the restroom basically the rest of the day. Wont be visting there from now on.
