Fresh delicious sandwiches served by 3950, Subway Minnesota Avenue, Washington DC. Very satisfied with the food and the most friendly staffs there. Will definitely come back to try another sandwich soon.

The Subway 3950 is a wonderful customer service. The employees care about the customer. Their food is very fresh and delicious. They are friendly with customer. I like to eat there.

The bread was a little undercooked / doughy on this particular occasion. Could have been a bad batch. Generally I'm happy enough with Subway. They offer a reasonable number of sandwich options, food quality is a little better than average. This particular Subway is not one that I would sit in, although it's convenient to have some reasonably priced food when i need it.

I usually have a pleasant experience when I order drom this location. I'm an online ordering customer in order to take advantage of their deals and rewards program. I always get the veggie delight which consists of only vegetables. I always request more of certain vegetables which I typically have no issues with receiving but last night was unacceptable the way the employee, ABDUL, addressed my family as paying customers. He insulted and ridiculed us for using the online deals, deeming our order as not valued for what we were receiving, and went as far as to say "Never order from this Subway again!" And "I don't care if you make a report about me."... I was appalled and disgusted with his customer service. I've tried to reach the manager but I've been told she wasn't available. I hope they read these reviews because they are losing business at the hands of their own employees. What a disappointment!

This subway is in my neighborhood. The guys that work there are awesome. You tell them what kind of sandwich you want custom made of course and they do exactly what you ask and an excellent job. Always friendly, polite and just fantastic. Love this place Go Visit. Minnesota Avenue NE

Very rude, skimpy on the food, horrible customer service, food wasn't fresh, steak egg and cheese wasn't hot, he wasn't listening to my order, soda was out, just an all around bad experience. However restaurant was clean which is why I gave it one star.
