Chipotle Mexican Grill

I enjoyed this place. I had a salad bowl with chicken that was pretty good. Service was a little slow. Location was pretty clean. I would recommend this place.Food: 5/5

Most recent visit on weekday evening. Assembly line food prep and serving, you get what you expect from this place. Employees were nice and fast. Tables were clean and utensils and napkin at the designated spot. Thanks Food: 4/5

Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture for this takeout meal, but I’ll share pictures from the meal that was delivered from this same location one wk ago same bowl: white rice, double chicken, veggies, tomatoes, and chili sauce. The same indivdual must have made both orders because my double chicken looked less than a spoonful. I pointed this out and there was no reaction, which was disappointing. Food was flavorful otherwise. Maybe the third time will be better?!

Recently went here for the 1st time yesterday and I was highly disappointed. While in line I ordered a steak bowl and asked for extra steak. The girl literally picked up 3 pieces of steak on the spoon and looked me dead in my face and said is that it. I wasn't in the mood to argue so I kept it moving. It wasn't until I got home that I looked at my receipt to see that I was charged $5.50 for "extra steak" which was only 3 pieces. That is insane. I will not be back to this location.

LeeOra! Professional, Polite & Proficient! This young lady was the best! She was willing to help her coworkers and never missed a beat! She changed her gloves and made sure to greet the customers. Awesome!

I asked for Chipotle and ate a BIG piece of plastic smh. Server admitted that the plastic was from the tortilla packaging. Managers declined to give me their name I initially requested a refund and a replacement bowl due to me having to travel back up there and missing my lunch break The manager said that he couldn't do both, so I requested the peice of plastic back that they threw away with my food and he then says they'll do a bowl for me as well He told the server to only give me a 1 scoop of chicken bowl when I initially paid for a 3 scoop bowl. How folks get mad when they make a mistake, I could've chocked and died and these places don't take it seriously

Spent a bunch of money to get me & the kids dinner delivered from this location via the app & the rice was not done! Trying to navigate crunchy pieces of rice was crazy & ruined our meal smh. Chips were stale too.. idk what was going on at this location today but I’m not happy at all.

I enjoyed my meal. Chipotle is one of my favorite place to stop for a full course meal that you won't have doubt to buy. and they are located across the country. I travel a lot so I can always stop for a good tasty meal.

I stood in line for at 25 minutes to be told there were chicken and I had to wait another 20 minutes. They were very rude and act as though I was an inconvenience to them.Food: 1/5

Cashier was very rude to my brother and I , constantly rolled her eyes at us and gave us attitude, we didn’t get any napkins or plastic wear. Later on went home to find plastic in my food.
