A pretty descent Jersey Mike's. The crew is always pretty professional. Gimme a sec to catch up to the internet orders. The mini sandwiches are a pretty good calorie choice. Getting into this store is a bit of bear with the proximity to DC's only Costco.Food: 4/5
Sub sucked that I ordered. The young lady didn't properly prepare my sub. I was very disappointed with the amount of meat or shall I say lack of meat. So I won't be going to that location especially paying 30 bucks for 2 subs no meat hardly and lots of bread
Very disappointing. Staff were very nice when they first opened., but now they are unprofessional. No smile, no greeting. Female staff who was making sandwich don’t even talk. She points her finger to condiments if I want it or not. I like their sandwiches, but not coming here again. Plenty of other things to eat around there.
My first experience here was awesome. One of the ladies had pleaded I come patronize them again. I promised I would. This was two weeks ago. Yesterday, I decided to go have lunch here. My order was not properly taken. I watched two ladies have over 7 orders made. I asked for my money back because I was running late considering travel time. I heard her call out to someone saying "trash." I wondered how the owner is able to make profit. I'm a special Grill Master, #GrillMasterNaji, #NajitheGrillMaster. I have ran a Food truck in Washington DC. A current certified Food Manager, licensed within the DMV. As I was counting 45 cents on the table to get back a $50 bill, one of the girls said I was being rude. I asked how. She said I should be giving them the money not placing it on the table. I said to her I wasn't being rude and she should have a better and polite manner in talking to me. I picked up the coins and dropped them in her palm. Not for a tall guy there who had to physically touch her arm and asked her to stop, she was already about going off on me.
It looks like ownership doesn't care. I had a similar experience as others have complained about. Went into this location and was struck by the dirt and napkins on the floor. There were about 5 young people behind the counter just standing around talking. No one greeted me as I entered, I was the only customer. I stood at the counter waited to be acknowledged and was eventually asked what I wanted with a tone and facial expression that clearly indicated that i was interrupting. If you are going to leave your establishment in the hands of young people you've got to train them better.
Basically very rude service today. Thats fine. We left and went to one of the many other restaurants here. We got good for and service at another restaurant in this shopping center. Jersey Mikes four stars??? I doubt it.
If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely no customer service, music is blasting and they make no attempt to acknowledge you.This is a bad representation of our city and our people do better people.Order was right but it was hell placing the order because I felt like the girl taking my order wanted to fight me for walking in the door lol sad but true.Eye lashes rolling at me,smile ladies Update! Got all the way home and they gave me the wrong sub, I ordered a turnkey and got a ham and salami, I will not be returning ughhh
I ordered catering for work from here a few weeks ago. They were the only chain to not mess up my order that week I had to drive back to chipotle, chick fil a, etc. To get the stuff they missed. Staff was super helpful bringing stuff to my car and felt like they actually appreciated my business. Not to mention the food is great of course. Just went back today and I could tell they remembered me and handed me my online order before I had to say anything. This location in particular has earned a loyal customer.
Jersey Mike's has become one of our go to places. My wife enjoys deli sandwiches very much and the quality here is consistently high. This shop produces such great sandwiches compared to other places around town, that literally the day she gave birth to our child, and felt like she could have deli meat again, I was sent on a mission from the other side of the City to get her a sub and bring it back. We have had cold cuts, cheesesteaks, and chicken cheesesteaks--everything was excellent. The staff here is standout too. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, enthusiastic to be helpful, and seems happy to be there. They seem like they have fun working together and they do a good job. We have always been happy with our experience and will continue to frequent this Jersey Mike's. The only negative things I could add about this location are that the chip selection isn't very good and the music is almost always very loud.
Terrible service. I didn't even get the sandwich because when I said that I needed a gluten free sandwich three times young lady making the sandwiches acted like she could hear me, she then rolled her eyes and gave me a look, then the gentleman on the grill laughed and said commented about my gluten free order. I could tell it was going to be an issue so I said to them I can see that gluten free is going to be an issue so nevermind and walked out of the store. I frequent Jersey Mike's in the DC metro a lot but will not go back to this store for their poor service and making me feel like my gluten free order was such a hassle. I will take my business elsewhere.
