Customer service is worst. Nothing clean. Employees working without gloves. Touching meat without hand gloves. They were rude too. It took more time than normal. Would not recommend this tacobell to anyone. Better find something else to eat. Feels like a old town dirty restaurant.
I just spent 25 minutes in the line leading up to the cashier with just 6 people in front of me. The food was ok. The cashier seems to have some issues. Thank god today is Sunday and there weren't more people here!... lol.
Update: Staff isn't friendly. They aren't rude, but not welcoming either. Plus, this last time that we went, the taco shells were stale. If you usually get lots of sauce, don't expect any here. The service was also exceptionally slow. Aside from that, they actually did have good food. I don't know why they limited me to 6 packs. Any other taco bell that I've been to always gave hot sauce quite liberally, but here it's as if they are rationing it.
Drive-thru speaker sounded terrible, we waited in silence for instructions to drive up, they said their receipt printer was down so we did not get a receipt, based on our math we were charged a few extra dollars but that could be wrong, my five layer burrito looked awful, my Doritos locos Taco looks pathetic and cracked, no straw with the soda, My partner's crunch wrap supreme looked like it had been sitting around for 20 minutes. Pretty much everything about this visit was awful.
The person speaking in the drive through microphone was so muffled we could hardly understand. Every time we added something to the order they said “okay is that it” like they were trying to rush us. And we only took 2 minutes to order so it’s not like we were taking 10 minutes. They didn’t have the Baja blast freeze or nacho fries. I work in customer service, so I understand having bad days or whatever but at this point it’s like damn give me my tacos and let me drive away
The customer service here was bad, the woman taking our order in the drive through was getting impatient and rude with our large order, her broken English didn't help either. Nothing against people who don't use English as their primary language, but putting them in a position to rely on verbal communication through a speaker probably wasn't the best idea. The order probably would have been easier if the dining room was open, but I guess they aren't bothering with the guidelines to open it, many other restaurants have. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars was because the food was good.
Food was fine. Speed of service was fine. Cleanliness of the dining area was okay. But none of that matters if I have to freakin ask for things that should automatically come with my order or if I can't be informed at the time at I order that they're out of what I want. Look, fried chicken and tacos/burritos and whatnot are at least a little messy to eat. Don't make me beg for napkins!!! Same goes for taco sauce. Why do I have to beg for that to??? Could you at least ask me if I want sauce instead if assuming I'm going to remember to ask for it when I've got a line of people out the door behind me, making me feel rushed? Then, by the time I do remember, it's dam near impossible to flag someone down to get my napkins or my sauce because of how busy they are! Save us both the trouble and just give me what I need the first time! And keep up with your inventory. If you're out of dark meat, then let me know when I order. Not after I've already paid and we have to make a last minute substitution since a refund would undoubtedly take even longer and cause an even longer wait for everyone else. Smh
This is the only taco hell for miles. There slow, and you have to make sure you check your order. And dont go thru the drive thru. You will be in line for at least 20min and you will still have to go in cuz your order will have something mossing or be wrong. Otherwise, food is as it should be and the employees are always nice. I could go on but you get it.... right?
Customer service was fine, but the food was terrible. I ordered two loaded potato grillers, got all the way home and it was just nasty chicken inside the tacos. So I go all the way back and they still get the order wrong. It’s just like if you don’t make something at that specific location then let it be known and take it off the menu. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE PERIOD.
If you want to wait at least 15 minutes for your food be more than welcome to pay for food here. Every single time I went here I waited forever for my food! To be fair it is close to the md/dc line... so a lot of people come to this place. But I have ordered kfc and Taco Bell from here and it took forever. The cashiers were nice to me tho.
