Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I am very disappointed with my meal today. It was simply awful. This location were one of my favorites. I would drive across town just to get fresh chicken. I'm not sure if this location is under new management but I have had 2 bad experiences lately. The chicken is dark and taste like the oil has not been changed. Nothing like the advertisements. The apple pie was dark I just could not eat it. I added pictures. Disgusting! Please evaluate your practices and do better soon. Very dissatisfied customer.

I Love me some Popeyes Fried Chicken SoOOo I stopped by this location on my way home" the cashier seems like she was unbother she took my order in the middle of answering her cellphone text, she wasn't professional @ all. Her customer service was terrible. My food as you can see it looks like it was thrown in the box . So I gave them a 3STAR because the food is always Delicious inspite of the BAD customer service.

This is the nicest staff I’ve ever had at any Popeyes location in my life!!! They are just really nice and friendly, the restaurant is always really clean, and the food is always fresh. Definitely recommend coming to this location! And the manager Kelly always put a smile on my face with her friendlyness.

I really liked this location before but their service legit deserves one star. It is downright awful. I remember employees were actually nice and cool, but now I legit see the manager and employees get angry and yell at customers left and right. Plus they seem to decrease meal sizes compared to other Popeyes and still charge more than others too, so keep that in mind. The food was still cooked well and good for the most part so I'll give it that, but otherwise avoiding this mess

They said they don't sale the shrimp menu items at this location. Strawberry lemonade was out and tenders. They said I could wait 8 minutes which turned into 55minutes. They left me waiting for 40 minutes and totally forgot about me waiting. Manager now, was actually the one who took my order. Said she was busy doing other things and that the cook went on lunch break but didn't bother to inform me. No accommodations, stated she could only apologize because I asked for a refund.

Very disappointing…This store is not worthy for any hard earned money…I order here yesterday with the mixed chicken but what they give is a mixed chicken they are right but the thing is all of the chicken are so much tiny, thin and small, the legs wings wow… compared to other Popeyes locations it’s seems you are looking into a large profit, you go to downsizing your products? Or those were leftover’s from choices … or they we’re just picky giving it to someone they don’t like. Well, whatever I can say it’s a bad service. Treat everybody as you treat yourself. Equal treatment guys. I will never never never go again to this store!

The drive thru had two vehicles ahead of me. After watching the line not move, I decided to go inside to order. Only two people ahead of me but, the service was so slow it was ridiculous. The food was hot, friendly staff, but if you're in a hurry, this is not where you want to go.

The manager was a little rude. Showed favors to a few folks who came in. Made no attempt to hide what she was doing.Food: 5/5

I'm writing this review because I went into this location by way of the drive-thru yesterday. At first they gave me mild chicken when I asked for spicy and I had to return it. And once home I realize that my French fries were not included in the order. I called the store several times to notify the manager and even left a voicemail. When I went back today I was told that I couldn't get my money back but I could have it replaced by food. Well it's the next day and I didn't need or want the french fries. I just wanted a refund for what I didn't get. I was then told that I couldn't get a refund because they would have to refund the whole order. While waiting for management to come to some sort of resolution to return my money one of the cashiers rudely told me that I need to move. She didn't ask me, she told me that the manager says I needed to move out the drive-thru. I refuse to move and after a minute or two the manager came up and gave me a refund but told me it was from her own pocket. Just trying to get a refund was frustrating. And I didn't even get a full refund. A large fry is $6.42 plus tax and I was given $6. I won't tell you to not go to this location but if you do just make sure you check your order before you leave because you won't receive a refund if they forget to put something in your bag. People work too hard and to be told that you can't get back money for goods that you didn't receive is upsetting to say the least and I believe the owners and management need to find a way to rectify this for future customers. I will not return to this location.

After my last visit, I must update this review to explain why I will never return. Staff/ Manager remains unprofessional.... the condition in the restroom are deplorable in my opinion. This is a picture of what I had to deal with! You have to flush yourself ? No one is doing that, put this out of order! Thank God, IHOP was near by. Unprofessionalism is the normal! no access to DM / Complaints
