Ordered ahead on the app but when I got to the store, they said they never received my order. After looking on the back counter, they found the ticket and started to make my sandwich. This took a long time and defeated the purpose of me ordering ahead. The bread was hard and stale, and the spinach was soggy. The only good thing were the cookies which, I would assume, were not made in that kitchen. This location also does not accept subway coupons. I recommend going to another location entirely.
The lady working alone with the baby in the back was nice.... However, we ordered 4 foot long sandwiches, when we got home to eat them, everyone's bread was hard not toasted, so it's stale. Some of the vegetables didn't appear all that fresh and 3/4 of us had stomach issues for two days after eating, so I'm assuming the meat wasn't fresh either. I need to stick to the usual Subway I go to, won't be returning here.
The lettuce was not fresh and tomatoes were mushie. This use to be a great shop. It was just a bad day.
The guy who just answered my call should quit if he does not want to work. Which kind of animal behavior is that? If you guys don't have what I need, just say you don't have it instead of being "nasty " on the phone.

Dude making my sandwich sneezed & coughed not in his sleeve or turned his head then jusy kept on making my sandwich matter of factly. I had to refuse to take the sub Seriously are you kidding me? Excuse me, but can I have the sub but hold the spit please? Where's the health department when you need them? If he's doing that out front, what the hell is going on in the back? Never again!
Just locked the door while I was walking in first and last time I would try to patronize here
this place suck, specially the hispanic lady that works there, she dont respect their clients, she always disrespectful , she feels that she is the owner of the place. they should change personnel.
