I never write reviews but this got me heated so I’m making an exception. I understand Taco Bell is not fine dining and it serves its niche purpose. I pulled up at 110 in the drive through and had a prompt saying they were closed when the car in front of me had the same prompt and just got served. I get it…. It’s late but it’s a dang Saturday and that’s key taco bell business hours and it says open till 2…. Service extremely slow. Cashier did not communicate professionally and was extremely rude. I asked for hot sauce and was not acknowledged she just took her sweet time to get sauce and then put it the bag without so much as a nod or any human interaction. Food was thrown together and the tacos were wet and soggy. I order a soft taco and got a hard taco that was dripping in some liquid that was not meat grease. Highly unprofessional and would not visit until a change of staff or management issues are addressed.
The service wasn’t bad I guess but how can someone go from smoking to preparing food and then you surcharge people for things that we don’t receive. I asked and paid for rice and there wasn’t ANY in ANYTHING.
Went here at 1A as one does with a mobile pickup order Portions were extremely disappointing, the burritos were anemic and the Crunchwrap was more tortilla than filling, and the lettuce was sad. Would not recommend
Ordered on the app and had another person pick up my sealed order. 17 items were ordered only received 10. Out of the 10 items received the only things that were correct were the drinks. Called the store only to be rudely told to go through the app and request a refund. Horrible experience.
The food is normal Taco Bell fare, but the Oxon Hill branch seems incapable of serving unsweetened iced tea, either at the window or via delivery. It’s like someone there cannot fathom the idea that, yes, that screen does say ‘unsweetened’, and automatically translates it to the sweet tea they personally prefer.
Bad customer service, also they never get my order right. Food smelt really bad in one of my orders too, had to come back so they could give me a replacement and the replacement was fine. They also never apologize for getting my orders wrong either. In general, bad customer service.
Drove all way there just for the cinnamon bites & freezee only to get a half filled drink I have 3 drinks the girl at the 2nd drive thru window asked if I needed a drink carrier of course I do I only have 2 hands smh . Maybe it wasn’t a good day for them I don’t know but I’m upset about my drink if they ran out then say that but no excuse I paid full price. I just want what I pay for no more & it was watered down so I’m assuming it was the last of it . Get IT TOGETHER
I think they were short staffed. We ordered at the kiosk. Food was delivered promptly and on par.Food: 3/5
Taco salads are no longer in plastic containers. So if you plan on going here or any other location to get your lunch for work, choose something else.
I enjoy turning my bathroom into the one that appears on that movie scene on desperado, I can always count on TB to help me turn myself into a human rocket, I love it.
