I went to this location on yesterday. I had a coupon that you get in the mail for a footlong sandwich for 6.99. I know the new sandwiches are not apart of the coupon so I order a regular sandwich. The cashier tried to ring up the coupon and after several attempts then says we don't take this coupon. I have use this coupon at other subway without a problem. With me retiring from retail doing thirty five years I would have done something instead of having customer walk out the door. I was taught customer satisfaction was the number one priority. Truly disappointed.
Hate this subway they never answer phone slow an food is slop never honor coupons they are slow as molasses
The service was lousy. The cashier didn't speak English well enough to communicate with me and answer questions asked. They didn't honor my coupon and told me they would take it on my next trip. First time in this store in a couple of years. I don't know if there has been a staff change. However, I refuse to utilize this location anymore. The sandwich wasn't good, the lettuce and tomatoes were bad. I asked for specific tomatoes and still received what the server chose to give me. Extremely unhappy with the quality of service during my visit.
I order at 7:00pm for my sandwich to be ready at 7:45pm by 8pm they lost my ticket and would not look up my food and would not give me a refund. Manager was not sympathetic and refused a refund. Workers did nothing but speak to one another in Spanish completely ignoring me. If I could give no stars they would get it.
Small store but the staff is excellent, service is prompt, and the store is clean.
This was a Second visit for me after many years.....The staff was very nice and my order was correct. The place is very clean and there is a small area to sit and eat. My order was very fresh and very good. I'll be back soon!

Food was delicious but one of the workers got smart with me and I clearly put her in her PLACE! She was young enough to be my CHILD and I told her she needs to LEARN some RESPECT!!!!
