Fresh food, staff is friendly with smiles. Very nice atmosphere. Very positive. Alot of barstool tables but you can get a table with chairs. If you eat there, you can get permission to use their restroom.
I'm not the type of person to complain in person as not to cause a scene. All the lad. do not wash their hands after handling filthy coins / cash money. Still had the same gloves on and grabbed the ham with them. Very unhygienic. I made up some bull order just to check out and leave. She had already started my sandwhich Tossed the sandwich after... very gross subway. The only person who washes his hands and puts on new gloves is the afternoon weekend guy.
They gave me a spicy Italian loaded with all the veggies as I like it. Filled up my cup with soda
called multiple times because they messed up my order but they never answered.
If you see a young white dude, who talks to himself while making your sub, just leave.. The worst sub i have ever had ! And trust ive eaten subways for decades ! The manager was walking around oblivious of the quality of sub he made me. Just trust ! Avoid this place
Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Claremont. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. Especially the Spanish speaking girl who made my sandwich she was very kind and made me the perfect sandwich. The food is absolutely amazing, every bite of the sandwich melted in my mouth. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Claremont. Highly recommend!
Beware. This subway stole from me. They claimed I would get a refund on a mobile order that was not fullfilled. Customer Service said the franchise owner would be in touch. Months after still no refund.
Rude employees, you can tell they don't want to work there. Get another job instead of bringing everyone's mood down. Really slow at making sandwiches too. Been to other subways with much better customer service, don't know what it is about this place but all the sandwich artists seem to have a little attitude.

Ordered my food through their app, waited about fifteen minutes before i left my house to go pick it up. Arrived at subway and asked for my order. They said they have not even started on it and did not even offered an apology. And then i had to wait to get the sandwiches done. At the end they asked if i had paid when i clearly told them i ordered online
