SUBWAY®Restaurants

Not sure what others problems were here, but our service was great. We were here at 5pm on 5/12/18. They were quick, clean and very helpful. My dear boyfriend can be a bit of a sarcastic joker and they just rolled with it. I was very happy they were here as the restaurant for the Travel Plaza closed at 3pm today. For a truck stop on Route 66, that's just bad business. Thanks guys!

I visited this Subway location a while back while on a road trip from Texas to Colorado. I stopped in at Clines Corners to get something to eat and saw the Subway location inside. I ordered the tuna sandwich which I then ate in the dining area. Upon leaving the location I made it almost an hour down the road before suffering severe nausea and cramps. I ended up having to let the passenger drive my vehicle, pulling over every few minutes until my stomach was emptied. 20 hours of my vacation ruined, stuck in a hotel room from food poisoning. I sent a report to the Subway Corp office, and in return received a letter from "Doctors Associates" the company that runs Subway saying they had no idea what could have been in the food to affect me that way. Basically taking no responsibility for what happened. Since I had not eaten anything else that day while on the road other than a soda, and this was our first meal, lunch it was obvious what had made me sick so quickly when I woke up feeling absolutely fine hours earlier. I will never return to this Subway location after having it ruin a trip.

Had to tell them my order 3 times and point to the deal of the day sign. Then they started to make the wrong size. Said Italian bread, they pulled out wheat bread, it was the chicken and they didn't even heat it up, had to remind them of that. Then they priced it wrong at counter. Honestly I am trying to figure out what went right. I guess they did a good job at putting the sandwich and napkins in the bag.

No customer service , bread doors left open , veggie and meat doors left open , no one came for orders so i left , waited well over 20 min i figured customer service this bad then i don't want to take a chance on the food
