"Veronica sucks she is really mean. Bad customer service and rude. Made a mistake on my ticket cost me a cancellation fee and instead of the upgrade I was paying for got a downgrade to a smaller room. She just want invested in giving the kind of customer care and support I paid for.

Amazing building, good walkability, two awesome espresso joints nearby, AND now there’s a full grocery store called Second Street Market. I can get produce for the train! Woohoo!

I have traveled several times to Albuquerque, Chicago, Seattle and all the experiences were wonderful. Met lots of interesting people, the attendants were great! They even had accommodations for the handicapped which was a number one priority for my daughter. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for both of us.

Picked up a package at greyhound. Employees were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to solve technical issues.
