I need this service as a lot of people travel back and forth to Santa Fe for work and school but sometimes the ticket person they hire are very poor Customer service oriented The ticket person today 10/5/2016 at 530am sucks. He got real upset and the worst attitude ever because I was paying cash and I have discount. He say I don't have change man and he Walked away I found on my wallet $.6.00 and I see him again and I told him and he just keep walkin ignore me about it. Anyway i hope he come back to paying him. Hiring department do a better job please we also have a long day and this kind of attitude make our day a lot longer! His name Marcos he come back wow, ok Thanks
