Subway

This subway is okay. But this is my second time here and every time I come there is always a worker that seems upset that they have to work. Literally both times I have came the person that starts you off with what time of sub you want. They don’t even bother to greet you they just wait for you to say something. Coming from a manager in the food business this is not okay. You’re supposed to greet the customers first not the other way around.

This location is great. Marie and Stephanie are the best workers I've encountered here. They always treat you nice and try to help you with coupons. They even try to remember your sandwich if you come in enough. They never seem to be in a bad mood and if they are they don't let it effect their work.

The staff was friendly, but the owner is very stingy about the quantity of the food. I literally got 5 pieces of onion and bell pepper on my sandwich. I had to ask for more because they were not even placing near to a hand full. When asking for a little more than just 5 pieces of onion the owner looked at me multiple times as if I was not going to purchase the food. I believe that if we are going to pay for a sub we should at least get a decent serve since we are paying for it. I would not go back to this place.

I like this Subway. The people here remember me by name and remember what my order is. The food is good and always as ordered

The cleanest, nicest Subway you will find in Valencia County and even in Albuquerque. The employees are always working, never just standing around. Always greeted at the door... if you want a clean atmosphere and nice customer service you won't be disappointed. The manager was even kind enough to reach out via email to thank me personally for the nice comments I had left on the Subway website. I am guessing even IF you had an issue, he would reach out as well to try and solve it and make sure you were satisfied.
