I love the fact that if you choose black olives and more you just tell them. Or whatever ingredient. Make it the way you want it.

My family and I came here on our way through town, and had a mixed experience. The food was very good quality (very delicious) and it should be, considering that it took 20 minutes to make three sandwiches because of how much talking the employee was doing. Which honestly, we weren't in any particular hurry, so it really wasn't a big deal. By the time that he was done making our sandwiches, it was five minutes until closing (which is an hour earlier than it says online, by the way). We asked if it was alright if we ate in the restaurant, and he said yes, that it was fine. My dad eats quicker than my sister and I, and so he got up and walked around the gift shop. During this time, the other lady Subway employee was very rude to my dad and said that we needed to leave right away because they had to be out of there at a certain time. Okay lady, first of all, if time is so important to you, then why didn't you help AT ALL to make the sandwiches? Also, you don't need to be that rude. I'm talking "we won't be going back there" rude. Other than that, great experience. But this woman ruined it for us. The man who made our sandwiches was very nice, he just took his time.

We stop here once a month or so, close to closing time, and the food is always good and everyone is friendly. Michelle and Naomi are awesome.

Ordered a foot long sub and the employee (very nice person) told me I could have it on two kinds of bread. Ok, why not? The cashier then refused to price it as one sub, and told me "it's not that much more." I explained that I ordered as one sub, after which the cashier (manager?) let the poor employee pay the difference out of her own pocket, which I wouldn't accept. That's insane. This place is shameful and doesn't care about customers. Good sandwich though.
