Pretty clean place and the staff are usually fast and friendly. The owner really needs to fix the air conditioning (was broken last summer as well)!!! Gets extremely hot during lunch time and employees have sweat dripping from their faces. Also the front door is broken and slams very loudly when people come in or out. Extremely annoying while trying to eat, has been like that for at least 2 weeks now.

Easy go to lunch spot when travelling. The food is always the same at each location. Has clean restrooms and dining area.

The food is always amazing, and some of the staff is friendly. The most negative thing I've experienced about this place is when someone brought their kids to work. They were screaming and running around the entire restaurant.

If I could put negative stars we would very rude and incompetent employees would not recommend the American Falls Subway to anyone!
