Subway Restaurants

Bad customer service. Plus they open and close when they want to.

One of the reasons why I stopped frequenting Subway was because they always seem to be a mess. This location was impeccably clean, the items all looked fresh and the service was quick and friendly on a cold Saturday afternoon. Now I know if I'm in the area to come back.

The subway is never open. I got there at 5 and the worker said they're closed. I asked what time do they close and she said 6. Why have a subway there and its never open. Pointless! Worst customer service and its a waste of space

Always quick and courteous especially during the pandemic.

The taste was a little off but I love subway so i will be going to a different location. Staff was rude almost bit my head off when i asked to cut the sandwich. They need better management and customer service training

The young lady working Saturday, November 16, 2019 @ 12:55pm gave and displayed GREAT customer service.

Usually I dont have a problem with this location. But today I'm having a bad day so I'm going to rip them for a small mistake. I ordered mayo ranch and chipotle southwest sauce on my sandwich. Instead of ranch I ended up with mustard. Other than that the location is usually ok.

Only giving three stars. Service is great, but this place is never open on time, especially on Saturdays, sometimes up to two or more hours after they're advertised to be open. Once in a while is fine, but consistently? If someone pulled being late like that where I worked as often as this, they'd have been fired a long time ago.

I went in there today , everything was clean , this lady was working by her self , and was still holding it down
