I stayed as a RV Park guest. They offer free wifi in the hotel rooms but it does not extend to the rv area. Bathrooms are clean and grounds seem to be kept tidy. Some of their sites are way out of level which can make it difficult to level out your RV or Travel trailer. When i asked about a more level site which i could clearly see was available the gentleman told me to just find some blocks. I wound up having to go to a lumberyard to buy some cinderblocks and extra 4×4s and even then my tongue jack and front stabilizers are maxed out.

Two years ago I rated this as a 5 star. It is now under new management and the difference is very apparent.
For starters, the price nearly doubled. My room had broken plumbing with no hot water. The microwaves and coffee pots are gone. As is the "American owned" sign that used to be prominently displayed.
This would be a very good $40 room, but for $75 I expected quite a bit more.

RV Park: a nice little RV park in the area. Access to AT&T LTE is very limited. Park WiFi is pretty good but there were only 3 rigs in the park. Bathrooms were closed for the season, could not rate those.

Planned on staying one night March 31st . Extended for 2 more nights very quiet peaceful little campgrounds. Trains at night before bed, but didn't really bother us. Very nice owner. Great place to stop while driving through Iowa
