Summerfield Place

Called office in the morning with leak under kitchen sink. Office mgr was very friendly, kind and showed concern; she took time to hear my needs. A maintenance guy came over within minutes and he was friendly and helpful. The issue was resolved in about 45 min. I’m very pleased with the staff and results.

Tried calling several times over a few days during their hours of operation and they never picked up. Water gets shut off CONSTANTLY. Rude management though maintenance is very kind. Slow and low effort responses to emails and sometimes my questions just get ignored. Rent increases are unreasonably high maybe to pay for their bad water infrastructure?. Want packages delivered to your unit? Too bad, they will deliver to the office instead and you’re SOL if you can’t get home before they close. Don’t rent here. You’d be paying way more than what you actually get. Plenty of better options elsewhere.

Overall it was quiet and a nice place to live in. They are very much old, and even those that have been updated have old building issues. The windows and balcony sliding door windows aren't insulated well, and blow in hot or cold air from outside. Since they aren't sealed well, my heater and AC ran a lot more than they should have. Maintenance is very good when they recieve work orders. I only ever had two issues that I had continuing problems with. One was a leak that should have been a top priority but, they took a very long time to get fixed. So I had to keep a bucket and towels on the carpet and moved my furniture away, unfortunately it happened when we had rainstorms about two weeks straight. The second was a work order that didnt even get put on, since they never came to fix my screen door. But having lived there 2 years I still say they did the best they could with the other issues I did report. The thin walls are horrible. Especially since I had loud, annoying, and drama making next door neighbors I bought a sound machine to be able to fall asleep. The pool wasnt the cleanest and many broke rules and got away with it. Which happens. All in all the space and layout, aside from it all being carpet minus the bathroom and kitchen, is nice and spacy, and having a full size washer and dryer is a huge plus. Prices are ridiculously higher now then when I first moved in, so considering the fact that its much older and doesnt have new windows and old tubs, the new price I feel isnt worth it. But it is a nice safe place.

I received a survey to give my experience as a resident of the Summerfield Apts. However, I never chose to move in to the community and am getting e-mail surveys from them months after looking at the community one time. Not giving a positive rating.

I love it here! This complex is by far the BEST apartment complex I've ever stayed in! Maintenance always responds to issues quickly and treat tenants with respect; they are knowledgeable about how to fix problems. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful, especially Ariel! They respond to requests and make sure renters are taken care of. If I could stay here I would because I love it! Also USPS workers receive a small discount which is appreciated. riel The community is peaceful, plenty of parking, and space was sufficient for myself and my son. Summerfield Place is a hidden gem in OKC! After being here for six months, I've grown to appreciate this property and everything it has to offer.

The best apartment experience I’ve had so far. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful, maintenance is prompt and efficient, and all the neighbors I interacted with were kind. I felt completely safe living by myself here. The atmosphere is perfect if you like quiet places with a lot of nature. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience here. If I was not moving out of state, I would have stayed as long as possible.

My move in was easy breezy, Kendall did a awesome job having everything prepared for me! It only took 10 or 15 minutes to actually get my keys and start moving in! Great job Kendall!!!!

Never live here if you plan on having any packages sent to your apartment. The staff and manager are completely disorganized in everything at the office and are extremely unhelpful especially when it comes to packages. They are constantly labeling our packages for other apartments and then telling us they can’t do anything about their constant mess ups and disorganization. Our last package experience was so awful they told us it was our fault that they labeled the package wrong just because we had the package sent there in the first place. They are truly the worst apartment staff that I have ever experienced and I strongly recommend not living here.

Clean apartment, excellent staff, and timely repairs. Only con is that water gets shut off often for a couple hours in parts of the complex as they do repairs, but it never affected me. Fantastic price, location, and apartment. Moved here from Raindance Apartments and it's so much better. Safe, clean, professional. Highly recommend.
