If I could give 0 stars I would. How does that office girl zoe even have a job! She is extremely rude and she is very judge mental. I’m Thinking of ending my lease because of her. She told me that I should “maybe get a second job” if I couldn’t afford my rent when my mother recently just passed away. So rude! I’ll never be back.
Had the maintenance guy Jimmy in my apartment to fix windows, and I couldn't have been more impressed by how well he worked. It looked amazing when he was finished. I don't know how much he's earning, but it isn't enough. Thank you!
I was having some maintenance issues that needed some fixing. I called in on monday, and got it fixed that day. They even went above and beyond to fix other things I had issues with. They were amazing. 10/10!!
Rachel was so helpful and friendly! She was incredibly organized and had several apartments lined up for us to look at. She provided us with a lot of great information. The apartments are cute and well-maintained. Great location too!
Great location right next to the lake and parks. The apartments are comfy and the staff is always helpful, the ladies in the office are the best and the maintenance team is great!
The Water is always getting shut off! We are lucky if We get a week without it being shut off for repairs and as a stay at home mom with a newborn on the way it's getting ridiculous. Tomorrow will be the 3rd day in a row where the water is shut off for nearly the entire day. Sometimes they send notices but I've had it get shut off while I'm in the shower, washing dishes, etc. And it is getting to the point where I'm not sure what to do. The people in the office are extremely unprofessional and rude, the place is starting to look run down. Bluff creek used to be nice to stay at but now it's more trouble than it's worth. We rented an apartment with running water and now we are lucky to have it for a full 3 days. Such a dissapointment.
My mother lives here. There have been few maintenance issues and even when there were any they have someone come to fix it. The property is clean and my mom has an assigned space fairly close to her apartment. We have gotten to know some of the neighbors and most everyone is nice. The current office staff is fantastic and friendly and Dale has been wonderful with mom.
My cousin who lived in Colorado and I were planning on finding a place here in OKC and moving in together for some time now, but due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to push the move-in date forward several months, so naturally I was just in the infancy of choosing a solid apartment for him and I to lease before that became a necessity. I was scrambling, looking at apartments with essentially every moment of my free time for weeks, and using my entire lunch hour at work to call places and schedule viewings/get info/etc, and it was absurdly stressful. The ONLY place that took nearly the entire load of stress off of my back, from start to finish, was Bluff Creek Apartments, and more specifically Zoe in the leasing/information office. This girl might as well have been a superhero to me in our time of stress and need as as far as I'm concerned, because she was the only person at any apartment's renting office that treated our situation with kindness and understanding, as well as applied the pressure needed to make every single thing on our list of requirements a reality. I was genuinely baffled by how quickly she achieved things that seemed to take other leasing offices days to a week or more to accomplish, and even then she was taking an immense level of extra care to accommodate the little details that typically one has to sacrifice in the renting/moving process. She stayed late multiple times to allow me to view/walk through several available units after my workday ended but hers already had, and after me offhandedly mentioning that we didn't own a washer/dryer, she somehow managed to pull what seem to be almost brand-newor were excellently cleaned & kept out of thin air for our unit and had them ready to go the day we moved in. I straight up couldn't find a compliant with Zoe's customer service if you paid me, and I'm truly grateful for all of her help throughout our moving process. Give this woman a raise.
Moved here last summer with 0 options because of how bad the market was for apartments. Unfortunately that meant being stuck in an apartment that’s too expensive for what it’s worth. They will literally shut your water off multiple times a week. sometimes with little to 0 notice at all & 0 compensation for any inconvenience. every time i try to get something fixed in the apartment they make you wait days if not weeks just to bandaid fix it so the problem can come back within a few days. You pay a lot money to live here for the little storage space or room to live at all. I honestly can’t wait to upgrade and get out of this waste of money apartment complex
Things are run down so they break easily. Hot water is frequently turned off. Good luck getting your maintenance requests filled and don’t even try to get in touch with the leasing office it seems that no one is ever there during business hours. Update: I think they may have new people in the maintenance office because they are definitely much nicer and more helpful. I do think that the plumbing issues need to be addressed by an outside contractor because the water is off very frequently.
