Bennett Ridge Apartments

Moved in about 2 weeks ago and I’ve had nothing but exceptional service from Christie and the other ladies in office. Anything I needed fixed was fixed the next day. Very kind and attentive. Clean complex and not noisy area at all. I’ve been so happy with where I chose to live because some apartments don’t really care I feel like and they do. Great price for 2 bedroom : highly recommend this place for a home before a house.

I've been a renter since March and I've gotten great service and can't complain about really anything. There are always pros and cons with apartment living, but I can say that the office staff does do everything they can to help solve an issue. LuVal is also a good person to work with when you have any questions.

I'm a new resident. I've been here for 2 months now and i absolutely love it here! It's so quiet and clean. The office ladies are super sweet and helped me out so much. The leasing process was so easy and fast I did it on my lunch break lol. I'd definitely recommend here if you're looking for a new place!

They make rules for the gate and laundry room but can’t even be consistent with those rules. The gates either opened or closed so if you have something or want something to be delivered after 6 you can’t because theirs no gate code and than you find out the gates opened anyway, the laundry room is supposed to be closed at 9pm and open 7:30am multiple time I’ve drove past and the doors were still opened way after 9pm so I could’ve done laundry anyway and have tried multiple times to do laundry around 7:40am to 9:00am and the doors will still be locked. Don’t even understand the point in not having 24hr access for a resident laundry room. If you’re going to put rules like that especially on a laundry room be consistent with them or don’t have them at all. Nobody wants to wait around and keep wasting time going back and forth to the laundry room to see it it’s opened. You say 7:30am OPEN IT AT 7:30AM

They were able to help me get into my apartment and cleared up pest control. Nice apartments for a good price and also quiet area. Also, they communicate with you and they are there when you need them.

Okay for my stay here it’s been decent. If I need anything fixed it gets fixed right away. My only compliant is the crime is scary. It seems every couple months another shooting happens here. It’s uncomfortable to live with. But no bugs and a updated apartment. You just might get shot though, so make sure your ready for that at any time. Maybe if the gate would finally get fixed we’d have SOME peace of mind. On the fence of actually buying myself a gun just so I feel safe at night. They need stricter back ground checks. And to stop renting to just ANYBODY. If they change this I’d give it 5 stars but the crime is just too much.

I have not had the greatest experiences with the previous managers. I have been here 3 and a half years. New management and staff have been so incredibly helpful and it’s like a whole new place for me! And it’s a great location

I have had great experiences with LaVaul and her team. They have always been honest and upfront with what they can do and by when. I value the honesty and partnership. Also one of the cleanest communities I’ve seen in a long time!

My family And I moved here From Ms, and We moved in on July 1st of 2022 and so Far my kids are loving the pools so I can say Safely it's OK.

10/10 do NOT recommend… not only is this complex trashy and grungy, but the rent a cop and office managers like to follow and harass people when they feel “disrespected “ Office staff sends out multiple emails a day over frivolous things, while people are killing each other in this complex. In the time that I’ve lived here 10 people have died, this place is not safe nor is it worth your time! Save your money and yourself! Do not rent from them!! If I could give no stars I would
