Absolute worst place you could ever live! I broke my lease so I only stayed here for 6months. Coming from out of town, I was unaware of the conditions and treatment this residency provides. Not only are they liars and racist!!! But they slander residents, refuse to fix things in a timely manner, and the maintenance staff is completely inappropriate. When you complain they try to retaliate against you. Take all these reviews serious beautiful people! Don’t let the cheap price for large space fool you bc it definitely fooled me. They have no security and the office staff is among the most incompetent people you will ever meet. They will intentionally try to ruin your stay and credit after reporting them. if you stay here you have to micro manage everything. It’s unsafe for black women especially and I promise you deserve better then what they can provide Kings and Queens! Continue searching else where.
I have been extremely patient concerning maintenance issues. Moved to Tuscany Village in August 2022. Walked through apartment and addressed issues before move-in. Asked about trim around front room floor. As it shows signs of previous flooding. Never was informed that the flooding hasn't been resolved. After move-in and heavy rain, water leaked into front room from under baseboards. Also discovered the upstairs bathroom faucets not installed correctly. Therefore wasn't able to properly adjust hot cold water for shower. When I did use bathtub instead, it leaked into downstairs level. Both upstairs bathrooms leak water onto floor below. After days to weeks of mentioning, maintenance showed up to repair those leaks. After cutting holes in my walls, leaks continue. Of course holes in walls remain. As of today months after my calls and walk-ins to the office, maintenance doesn't exist to me. You're on your own. Currently I am sitting in my 52°F apartment as last night I noticed the heater isn't working as should. While at work it is set to 68°F. I arrived back home to a 52°F apartment. As it was -25° last night. I wasn't the most comfortable. Called emergency maintenance. As expected, I get no response. Black mold in my first floor bathroom. Paying for pest control that has never been in my apartment to pest control at all since move-in. I have kept ample records of these ongoing issues that never get resolved. I always get the same response from the manager. I will send someone tomorrow. That someone never shows. Talk is big and that it all it is. Talk and no action. Now I will give my 30 day notice to move out. I give two stars as I do love this apartment and for its care. Yet to no avail.
I will update this review if needed, but as of 3 months in, I have had little to no issues. My AC went out one day, but after changing the battery in the thermostat, the issue went away. I had a few issues at move in, but the office staff was transitioning and changing. The office is usually short staffed, but I have had no issues talking to someone at the office in person. Apartment is fine, neighbors are fine. Everyone here is just trying to work and live and get by. There are a lot of issues talked about in the reviews and I am fortunate to not have had to deal with any myself. For the positives, the rent is low, the staff is kind in my experience, and the grounds are surprisingly well kept. I always see someone out doing trash runs and trying to keep the place up. It is a large complex as well. I had some issues at move in. Everything worked out. I hope that it continues to do so. Tuscany is a stop over for the next little while, and I hope that I am able to keep the review positive throughout my stay.
My daughter has been waiting on a place that she was approved for back in August. The quality of customer service here is at a low. It's gotten to the point where I'm about to be put out for helping my daughter and granddaughter. There seems to be no since of urgency for a single mother living under someone else's roof or even homeless.
I'm warning everyone do not move in these apartments. I've been here since July. The heat/air does not work in most of these apartments. This summer it got up to 108 inside my apartment. Now I have one electric heater. My bill is $2000 because of the H/A. I have rae sewage in my kitchen sinks. It's infected with roaches and scorpions. Raccoons live in the wall not to mention the hot water only works for 5 minutes when taking a shower the maintenance man are pathetic especially Rodger they ride around here and don't fix anything the owners don't call anyone to fix anything.
Many years back I lived here and while it was not the worst some new info has since come to light. Even though I moved out back in 2015 believe the property management claim I still lived there Rent free for over 4 years and has sent the bill of over 80k to collections. I have since provided the collection agency with the documents from the office that not only states upon moving out my balance was 0 but also a record of the move out condition as the bill included 45k for repairs. If your looking to get ripped off and sent to collections for bogus charges this is a fantastic place to live!!!!!!!!!! But I highly suggest you keep EACH AND EVERY PAYMENT RECEIPT AND MOVE-IN/OUT DOCUMENT.
WARNINGTO ANY FUTURE TENANTS!!! DO NOT MOVE INTO YOUR APARTMENT UNTIL THEY HAVE FIXED ALL ISSUES. I moved in to with the promise all previous damage would be fixed prior to moving in . I paid rent delayed moving put my things in storage because they weren't ready and they never fixed what they promised. Every employee seems to be new and never knows what going on or just doesn't care due to the number of unhappy residents. Been 2 months with no AC upstairs. I have water in my closet leaking to the bottom floor into the garage. As you can see from the photo the ceiling is about to give in places. During the winter the unit next door was vacant and the pipes bursted leaving my living room a pond for several days after waiting for maintenance to come before I MYSELF went into the vacant apartment and simply shut the water to the boiler off. Having been a maintenance man I'd fix these issues myself but that's why I pay rent so respectfully untill things are fixed I will hold rent as it is my right.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Homeless people sleep on your stairs, maintenance doesn’t fix anything, gunshots constantly and bullet holes in walls, electricity is $150+ because their units are from the 70’s and they refuse to update absolutely ANYTHING. They let homeless people live vacant units. Very unsafe place to live will not be resigning
DON’T MOVE HERE! DON’T MOVE HERE. If I could give this place a zero, I would. There are raccoons in the walls that no matter how many times you tell them about nothing gets done, we’ve made reports to management since October. Not to mention the mice problems they have but never have exterminators handle, you have to do it all on your ownagain since October. Maintenance might as well not exist they took a week to replace a valve in the toilet after dropping it off one night the heat has been broken since Dec 22nd and has no eta on repair times yet the weather was below freezing. Then they aren’t trying to prorate the rent as it’s too cold to live in there which is violating tenant rights per Oklahoma law. They never answer the phones and are barely in there during their posted office hours. You basically play a guessing game when you’re trying to pay rent on time since they aren’t in there due to not being “fully staffed”. This place is overall trash and I wouldn’t tell anyone to move in. This place is a joke, you’ll likely break your lease like other’s have mentioned as we are working on breaking ours.
The raccoons might as well run these apartments. They did not fix your heat. They do not answer the phone. The pictures that they use is not how the apt look. These apt are not where you want to stay. They put a whole in our wall and never fixed it. A raccoon came through the wall and attacked my kitten. They have bad management. The stairs are bad. My child nose bled because of how hot it was. They do not care if there are kids in the apt
