They do not know what they are doing, they use invasive medications without the proper medical training, do not go there or you'll regret it for the rest of your life. They erased my reviews multiple times, what kind of business does that?. I wonder how many reviews they erased
Dr Papadeas and all of the staff are friendly and great. Though embarrassed at first they always work to make you feel comfortable and keep things private. They really are very knowledgeable and will take the time to listen to you and discuss options. I have been going to them for a few years as my regular doctors were always one foot out the door and did not care about anymore than my signature so they could bill. While my problems are not totally resolved, they have really helped me beyond what anyone else could. Dr P really does care for his patience and it shows. The prices are very competitive for the services offered, though I have to submit them to my insurance if I want to try to recoup it. The offices are always clean and efficient. If you have a problem or just want to talk to a doctor to see if it really is, check them out.
Very “money driven” facility and doctors only looking for their best interests unwilling to help me out. I was without my medications for almost 4 months due to COVID-19 and when I finally got enough money to get back on my medication , Shane asked me to pay in advance in September for December bloodwork. I said I can only pay for the medication since this is all I can afford then pay for the bloodwork in December but It doesn’t make sense other than to guarantee that extra money thinking $120 dollars more was better than keeping a needed patient, I was ready to pay $340.00 but they canceled me for that additional payment & it’s infuriating to know that I’m in need of this and I cannot afford it in this world we live in.Other options should be available for you, just look it up. So disgusted and outraged at this situation
Wasn't very impressed with the customer service. Walked in for my appointment, and no one bothered to ask why I was there. They gave me the incorrect paperwork, and not once did anyone mention the fees or test they would be conducting, until I asked. They should always ask at a Dr's office what you're there for and what to expect, and how much it'll cost you. Didn't ask for I'D or insurance. It didn't feel like I was at a Dr's office at all. Probably won't go back like I said I would.
These guys are pretty awesome. They are men that understand men. Somebody below complaining about price? Really? If you can't find $25 a week out of your cigarette or McDonald's budget for this... I feel bad for you. And for Joe below read it fast who isn't even a customer but likes to hear himself talk apparently, you got to this page somehow. Denial or fake claims off the shelf at the supplement store won't help. Suck it up and try them out. They get it done.
Very good service. The staff understands the sensitivity associated with this service and provide professional service. The medications are reliable. I found the costs to be a bit high, but then again, that's my personal opinion.
My previous entry was in error. I meant to give 5 stars! They are VERY understanding of your situation and are also very professional! I HIGHLY recommend Summit. They will go out of their way to help you as they have for me. Three months into treatment and I feel like a million bucks!
After visiting these guys, Any other rating would be un-Civilized, with the way they bring you in, sit and talk with you about your expectations and desires. Then based off your feed back both verbal and physical create a formula to meet those desires and expectations. SMH That's five performance all day long.
I wish that I could give it less than one star. I'm told that the owner is David Nash. He actually mans the phones and is terrible at it. He seems to find legitimate follow-up questions about the product that he dispenses as laughable. He's condescending and passive-aggressive, but seems to think that coating it with an artificial tone won't make him and his snarky comments as nasty and unprofessional as they are.
If you're overweight or diabetic this might help. If your issue is libido, it may not. My suggestion - order the minimum medication and try it first. They want to sell larger quantities and they will store it - if it doesn't work, you'll probably never use what you paid for.
