I am so disappointed in this company and Dawn Shikany the Property Manager of our property. We have been renting this building for 2.5 years directly from the owner with no issues. Approximately 2 months ago the owner hired Sumner Property Management and Dawn Shikany to manage this property. From the first day Dawn was rude and extremely unprofessional. Her correspondence are accusatory, abrupt and inconsiderate. She does not respond to our communications for weeks at a time and only responds after we go directly to the owner letting her know we have not gotten a response from Dawn. She is the worst property manager. I would not hire this company to manage your properties if you want happy tenants.

Angie located a 2.33 Acre commercial property for me, then directed me to the proper people to get my project off the ground. With her help I saved months of time, from purchasing, financing to building permits. Knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm, all bundled into 1 person, hard to find. It's no wonder you see her signs all over Prescott.

This is a first class organization. They have managed the property that I run my business in for over seven years. They have always been professional and very responsive to my needs.
