Great group of guys. I’ve been a customer for years and I’ve never had a problem. Not sure of the validity of some of these reviews but I’ve been dealing with Sun N Sound since 2007 and I am more than satisfied.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went to have a remote starter put into my car. Was told they would call me when it's done in a few hours. I dropped it off first thing in the morning. They never called and I showed up at closing time and they never even started the work. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. They expected me to leave my car overnight so they could work on it the next day. I will be telling everyone I know to stay clear of this very unprofessional place they call a business. Shame on them.

**Buyer Beware** My wife bought me a car starter system upgrade for $150, a promotion they were having for Christmas. When we went to have it installed they tried charging us another $50!! When I asked why and tried to explained the upgrade policy they told me last year when I had the initial system installed, the manager argued and said they were now using different controllers and had to upgrade the whole system. The manager/owner got very upset, he said I was trying to get something for free.. He agreed to do it only after I proved to he was wrong. Based on my own principles I declined and asked for a refund.

Don't waste your time. The owner only cares until they get your money. They charged over double for every part in my stereo installation. A $40 radio online was priced at $100 in store and to install it cost just under $400. Plus, my steering wheel controls for the stereo no longer work, which they NEVER mentioned and are now telling me that we need to pay for another $100 wiring harness to fix it. Just overall no care for the customers, once they have your money they don't care what happens.
