This one opens early so you can get the gear before your shift starts lots of great guys working here that go above and beyond every day give those guys a raise! Very helpful and lots of light, medium, and heavy industrial options. No left turn available out of the premises so plan your trailer towing accordingly. You can walk to the 7-11 next store so you can grab a snack while you wait. Coffee served in the main building. Concrete and chop saw blades and core drills up to 5" available.

The guys there are friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure the equipment that I rented was in working order before I left, and they loaded it in my truck. They have great customer service there, I would rent from them again.

Our company gets rentals from here for some locations we do that require a lift of some sort. No problems.

People are really easy to deal with. They sent our shop lady with a chop saw without the blade on it and the auger was worn down and don't fit right. Nor was the water hose attachment on it. I had to pause the job in which we had a mini excavator and Jack hammer on to run the chop saw back to get fixed because they didn't have a driver. So although the job was paused they fixed our chop saw problem

Rented a 34' towable boom and it broke down within 20 minutes of use. We sat around for about 5 hours waiting on Sunbelt to come and repair or replace the unit, the tech was unable to repair the unit due to electrical issues, they didn't have a replacement unit for me, and we lost money on the job. Decided to try our luck the following weekend and Sunbelt offered us a discount to make up for the previous failure. AGAIN the unit broke down within about 20 minutes of use. Called Sunbelt to repair or replace the unit and AGAIN neither happened. This unit had bad batteries! This is two Saturday's in a row that we have not been able to complete a job for our customer, it's costing us money, but more importantly it's costing us TIME!!! Very disappointed!! Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There will not be a third time.

I had to rent some equipment to take care of a 4th story siding repair. They were very patient with me on the phone and helped me get the right fork lift. They had the fork lift out there the next day at 8am. Unfortunately when my installers got on site, they realized that the fork lift was not what they needed. They needed a boom lift instead. Instead of me ordering another piece of equipment that might be wrong, Sunbelt had their salesman drive by the job site and see exactly what we needed. We got the correct piece of equipment out the next day and we were able to complete the job. You don't get customer service like that these days!!

Even 1 star is giving way too much credit...Save yourself the aggravation and rent from Home Depot , United Rentals...ANYWHERE but here. Terrible customer service. Matt made excuse after excuse as to why the lift wasn't delivered and then delivered one with nearly no charge left. Not customer service oriented at all and straight out lied to us several times during this one transaction. Now they've had me on hold for over 10 minutes. Avoid them like the plague! ***UPDATE: I went to the branch after I posted that review and have to say that Michael Cox was very attentive to my feedback and made every attempt to make it right. Most appreciated! Thank you.

I have rented wood splitters and chippers from them. Reserved effortlessly on line. Great job, ALWAYS very helpful, equipment was in fine shape . This is the way to run a business..
