I bought 2 pair of RayBan's 7/15. They had a special running with a discount on the second pair. I can't say anything for improvement. Our sales person don't know name was super friendly and super helpful. I believe the manager even adjusted my own Maui Jim.
I came here to get some sunglasses for my boyfriend and he can be pretty particular and indecisive as am I and we were having a tough time deciding on one. 10/10 would recommend working with Sterling! Sterling was super patient, honest and helpful. He recommended a pair of Versace sunglasses to us that we both ended up loving! Thank you Sterling!

Went there to get a pair of glasses for my fiance for her birthday. We met with Steven, who was incredible. He listened to her needs and got her into a pair of glasses she loved, all for a fair price. Highly recommend Sunglasses Hut, and HIGHLY recommend Steven. Fantastic employee.
Dianna helped my wife during a trip she took to NYC Time Square. My wife decided against the purchase, but I called the store and purchased the glasses my wife tried. Dianna was super helpful and she remembered my wife and her friend from their visit to the store. Excellent service!!!

Excellent experience and the sales guy Azeem was great. Helped me, my son and my wife - all to get glasses and we got what we were looking for. SOPs for COVID were good and they were cleaning all the glasses after you try them before putting em back for display.
The manager and store associate were INCREDIBLE. I walked in unexpectedly and did not expect such wonderful service and experience at a Times Square location. They were truly amazing and I am wow-ed! Highly recommend!
