I was in town for the weekend and needed a prevacation tan. Staff was very helpful. Stand up bed was awesome!

I have been going here for 3 years, and have never had an issue until recently when I attempted to cancel my account. Prior they had said it would be no problem and would "gladly" cancel over the phone since I am from out of state. The worker even stated that if I should get charged to call and I would be refunded immediately. HOWEVER, they continued to charge me and claimed that I had never cancelled EVEN THOUGH I called multiple times to make sure it was cancelled and they continued to reassure me that it was. When I called to get refunded they continually told me a manager would call me that day or the next, 2 weeks later and she never called. I finally went in and they said there was nothing they could do. I have never felt so disrespected by a company. I will be taking my business else where and will encourage my friends to do the same.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. This place runs on stealing money from students by having them sign a "4 months contract" claiming they highlight the ongoing commitment and they DO NOT. They charged me for 3 months worth of tanning after my initial contract was up that I did not use or give consent to pay for. They claim I did not properly cancel my contract after recieving a horrid rash from their beds and chemical cleaning supplies in which I had to see the dermatologist for. Wouldn't this be enough to prove I was done tanning at their facility? You'd think. Not to mention never coming back after brining the rash to their attention and showing it to the employees personally the last day I ever set foot in their door? I will NEVER go to this place again they stole $70 from me that I will never get back, $70 worth of tanning I never used ONCE, $70 because showing them a rash I recieved from their beds was not enough to prove I was never tanning there again, $70 worth of money I did not consent to pay, $70 that could have went towards a class, textbooks, or a bill . . . But instead that $70 went to a company that lies, cheats, and cuts corners to steal money from students to keep their business floating. I would NEVER EVER EVER reccomend this place to anyone and encourage you to go ANYWHERE else but here!!!

Always clean and friendly staff! UND students usually use this tanning salon. Don't forget about the 24 hr rule.
