Sushi Gakyu

My boyfriend and I are huge sushi fans, and this is our go-to spot. Everything is fresh and amazing. It’s a cut above all the other sushi places.

Probably one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever been to. Super fresh fish, friendly staff/owner. A joy to watch them prepare and serve

The Chirashi, which was $42, had only few pieces of sashimi. The tamago egg tasted old and frozen. Quality of the sashimi was poor. The menu is also way overpriced. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

Fabulous. I ordered the Gakyu Sushi Dinner pictured here. A great selection with excellent cuts of super fresh fish. I felt the $40 price for this dinner was fair given the quality. Great Saki selection as well.

AMAZING hidden gem sushi spot. Website is eh, menu looks eh, but omg it was the best sushi we’ve had in a while. If you are thinking of going here, DO IT! The sushi was incredibly fresh and the service was great as well. We’ll DEFINITELY be back!

Chef Yoshison is a true professional.. the price reflects the quality of the fish. service was excellent. If you want quality try this restaurant. For the full experience order omakase ask how the fish should be eaten.
