I walked into Bay Ridge Honda not too long ago and I immediately got welcomed by Luis Cintron. He helped out a lot, he is very knowledgeable. He helped me pick out my first car Honda Civic Sedan EX and it’s been honestly the best choice I’ve made. Luis Cintron made sure I was comfortable with the car I choose and even had other options ready for me to check out. He made the process very easy and he was very patient as well. Best customer service I have ever received. I will be returning in the future for my next car.
This was such a great and smooth experience. From the very beginning, everyone was good at explaining everything to me and my husband, since it's our first car. From their head person Stephanie, to Abraham who helped set us up with the best insurance, to Luis Cintron who was our sales person, and he was awesome. He answered all the basic questions we had, broke everything down for us, remained available and showed us all the features of our car, etc. Super nice! The entire process didn't take long at all and we got to drive home in our car. I definitely recommend Bayridge Honda.
Terrible experience with their services. I brought my car in for repairs that ended up taking 2 and a half months PLUS an additional trip for adjustments. This would have been okay if they were straightforward about the timeline but they never gave me updates unless I called first and always told me "it'll be ready next week" when it was not. When my car was "ready", it took them an additional week to locate the check my insurance sent them. My insurance told me they already deposited the check weeks prior. On the day of picking up my car, the hood was lopsided and fender + moldings were not securely clipped. I asked for adjustments to be made and was told that it would only take half a day to fix. Because my car was returned extremely dusty with a coffee stain inside when I don't even drink coffee, the agent, Andy, also said that they will detail the car. I asked for this to be in writing but he brushed it off and said that his employee would be his witness. I waited two weeks before I could bring my car in for adjustments bc the agent went on vacation. When I brought the car in, I had a "Radar Obstructed" signal go off while driving. To this, the agent questioned me if I had bumped into something instead of admitting fault in the repairs. The "half a day" adjustments ended up taking 3 days. When I rushed them for the car, the agent brought up that I wasn't even driving it the weeks prior. Oh, and they didn't detail my car.
I recently visited Bay Ridge Honda I had the privilege to work with LUIS CINTRON and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. I had visited other dealers and had so many bad experiences Luis was super knowledgeable Professional, and easy to talk to very patient!!!! I didn’t feel pressured into buy a car like other dealers would make you feel . LUIS made sure to take me through every step of buying a car in addition to sending me videos and pictures while they were detailing the car. It was the best purchase I ever made. Even after the purchase he followed up to make sure everything was up and running. The rest of the staff was super amazing the Dave helped me out with the Insurance, and Bryan helped me out with warranty on the car. The customer service is this place is beyond exceptional!!!!!! Definitely recommend going to purchase your car here!!!!! They explained every detail and made sure I understood it. They made me feel comfortable during my entire purchase Iwill be buying my next car with them. Definitely highly recommended!!! You will not regret it !!!!!!! Ask for Chris and Brian they are the dream team! When the day started I was only 0% prepared to get a new car. Visiting them made me 100% prepared. Go in there and tell then what is that you're looking for. Be realistic and transparent with your expectations and I promise as long as you do that and they have something you're looking into, you won't be disappointed. I had an amazing experience with Brian and Chris! Me and my husband came in wanting to purchase an SUV and Brian made it all happen, he never pressured us at all. He let us know what we were going to pay, how much we could be looking to put down money wise, everything. He was always patient with us which I loved. Customer service is truly unmatched. Less than 2 hours after signing into my new commitment, I gave my first 'word of mouth' recommendation, that's how happy I am with my decision. We can’t wait to come back and purchase through Brian and Chris again! Everyone please go to Chris and Brian to purchase your vehicles, they keep it honest with you always. You will not regret it. Without a doubt, I'll be back to see you guys!
Luis and Asad were both phenomenal. I even spoke with Ariana prior to heading to the dealership in person and she was amazing as well. They made the entire process quick and easy. They were kind and courteous during the entire transaction. They were able to get us the best deal possible. This is my second vehicle from Bay Ridge Honda and will definitely not be my last. It is always a pleasure doing business here. Their customer service is outstanding. Everyone at the entire dealership was pleasant to deal with and very welcoming. The company should be proud to have employees that make what can be a stressful process, an easy and comfortable one. HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a car to come here!

The greatest dealership and experience I have ever had. Everyone at Bay Ridge Honda is extremely nice and so helpful, you will feel very welcomed when you’re in there. If you’re ever looking for a car Elizabeth is the one to ask for I had no idea what car I wanted and she put me in the perfect car I couldn’t be more happier. She set everything up for me and I felt at ease. Thank you Bay Ridge Honda for being the best I will definitely be back once my lease is over. :

Last July I bought my first car at Bay Ridge Honda and I do not regret it. Noel always delivered a professional and friendly customer service, he made sure that I felt comfortable with all the process of financing the vehicle and also helped my dad who bought a car a few weeks before I did. Brian from the finance team was very informative and explained well all the questions I had regarding the loan. The only issue with the vehicle is that my right side mirror does not function with the adjust button, however I understand that vehicles are sold as it is. My overall experience was excellent!
