Got my new CX9 here and let me tell you, this was the easiest and most stress free car purchase I've ever had, and I've owned over 15 vehicles. Mike, my car salesmen was beyond professional, wildly knowledgeable and made sure to cover absolutely everything about the vehicles. Billy, one of the owners is a such a great guy, made time out of his day to come greet me personally and make sure I was being treated well.. and damn well I was! . Felt like part of the family even though it was my first time there. I got such an amazing price for a brand new CX9 GT, The car is incredible, beautiful, and the way it drives sold me... It actually makes you want to drive it, that's how fun it is. It gets right up and goes. Power when you need it, economy when you need that. Plenty of room for a large family. Beautiful car for sure. Every person there was great, finance people were fast, thorough and extremely polite. Between my experience with the staff, from test drive to rear view mirror to the post contact and the. Fact they've reached out a few times to Make sure I'm enjoying the vehicle and everything is good has won them a customer for life. Looking forward to getting the Cx90 when it's released! Thank you guys for everything!
My heart was set on the CX-5 carbon edition. After calling multiple dealerships in the Tri-state area, I spoke to their receptionist Virginia, who assured me that bay ridge Mazda will be willing to work on my trade. After speaking to both Eyad and Mohammed, I got an amazing quote for my current vehicle. We had one issue, I wanted the CX-5 carbon edition with a power lift gate truck and they didn’t have that in their inventory. Mohammed looked into his next shipment inventory and found one that would be arriving within a month. I didn’t know the process of purchasing a vehicle that wasn’t already in the showroom and I had many questions! Before signing the agreement, Mohammad made sure to fully answer every question that I had and at that moment I knew my search was over and all I needed to do was wait for my new car! After a month, my car was finally arriving to the dealership and Eyad being the amazing sales person that he is made sure to give me a call a few days prior to notify me when it was arriving at their dealership. This allowed me some time to clean out my current car and easily transition to my new one! Upon pickup, I completed my paper work with their finance manager, Cj who made the signing process so easy and entertaining as he shared some funny stories. Eyad was so accommodating, honest and kind as he guided me on all the cool features that my new car had to offer. Even after leaving the dealership, he texted me and provided me with all the information that my insurance company needed in order to complete the transition on their end. I am so glad I was able to close a deal with them. Thank you again to the entire bay ridge Mazda team in making this transition such a breeze, looking forward to servicing my new car with you!
Mazda cx 5 was my first lease car in the US. Eyad was my consultant and I immediately felt he will give me best deal and he did it. He listened and supported my specific situation and preferences, and figured out what is the best option for me. I am very satisfied with whole process in Bay Ridge Mazda and my decision. I’m highly recommended Eyad if you interested in the Mazda car.
I’ve been avoiding leasing a car because the process is just so overwhelming. Eyad took his time presenting me with my options and the benefits of each and made the whole thing painless. Almost a month out and I’m still so grateful that I was able to get the help and guidance needed to pick the perfect car for me at such an affordable rate. I made my first car purchase from here. Coming from nothing and now making something out of my life with no help, I was ecstatic! All I can says CJ is the best sales rep I ever had!! If you want to deal w/ someone professional & understanding deal w/ CJ. CJ was patient with me, he understood my emotions as a human and he educated me every step of the way through this buying process. No question is an ignorant question to him! This is what you call a great dealership buying experience!!!
This is a great place to waste your time. These people don’t want to sell you a car, they want to charge +$4,000 on top of the sticker price and give you a 0 of customer service. You will be calling your salesperson all the time because they will keep saying that you will get a car next week for 2 months!!!. And when you will request your refund back they will say that it’s in the progress no, it’s not, you have physically go to the dealership. Want to feel unwelcome? Bay Ridge Mazda will help you! Will I recommend this place? Oh hell no. Find a better dealership with a good attitude
I had a wonderful experience at this location with leasing a new car. The salesperson I worked with was Eyad and he was very friendly, patient, and helpful. Everyone I came into contact with at this location was quite friendly and I can’t recommend them enough. They gave me a great deal on a new Mazda 3 lease and there was no bait and switch like some other dealerships. I look forward to working with them again!
My family had an amazing experience. We are especially grateful to Rosalie for being so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Since coming in I’ve suggested this dealership to a few of my friends and family that are looking. Everyone was welcoming but I do specifically recommend Rosalie because she makes the business of purchasing a car less stressful and more enjoyable overall. She honestly wants to get people in a vehicle that works for them and does her best to work with you!
Please be sure to take photos of your vehicle prior to servicing, including the engine. This is IMPORTANT/CRITICAL especially if you do not have mechanical knowledge/experience. Also check any video offered/received to ensure it includes images prior to work and after work is completed. If it does not show /explain what was done make sure you speak with service department to see and get understanding of work done. Compare your photos with condition of vehicle after it's returned IMMEDIATELY not more than 24 hours. Know that Customer Service may be friendly - but they're not your friend, it's all about business. I LOVE my Mazda and that means I need to make sure she's treated right.
Eyad was very helpful in helping my mom lease a car. He was kind enough to take more than half an hour explaining every function the vehicle has to offer and the leasing process was quick and simple. Everyone in the dealership was friendly, and gave insight on which car was the best fit for her. Definitely hit up this location if you don’t want to waste your time!
