I walked in for information on a warranty and walked out with a car. I spoke with James and he was able to work with me. He showed me what he had based on what I wanted. No gimmicks to get a more expensive car, just understanding what I wanted out of a car and what he could provide. 1 week in with the car and I couldn’t be happier. James and the Audi team were great, a trust worthy group of people who I would recommend seeing to others looking to get an Audi.
I stopped by several dealerships while shopping for a new car around Brooklyn. I found a lot of the costumer service I encountered to be subpar and the salesman to be pushy and just trying to make a sale. When I met Joao at Audi Brooklyn he was patient and took his time to show me around to find a vehicle that I will be comfortable and satisfied with. It helped me ultimately make a decision on my 2022 Audi S5 and I was very satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend Joao and the team at Audi Brooklyn.

The Sales Consultant, James Michaels was very professional, extremely helpful and just pleasant all around. He assisted me in finding what I wanted, with the price deal I wanted. Though I worked mostly with James, the financier, also assisted in keeping the cost of the sale within my budget. I couldn’t say enough kind things about the dealer's great customer service. Oh, and I love my car!
