Bought my first used car here, and its just like new, they helped me with everything from start to finish. Very professional and courteous, I walked in and out with the car I wanted within the same day! Love the car and all the warranties that comes with it, so I am in good hands if anything goes wrong with the car. My sales rep was Silvana and she's the best, and also the fiance rep Nick was also the best. The main manager is also the best. All of them helped me and walked me through the whole process. Highly recommended.

I searched all over NYC and NJ for dealerships that not only had the car I was looking for, but for a sales team that would be transparent with me throughout the whole process. This was my first time purchasing a car, so it was important to me that I worked with a competent team but also caring enough to answer all of my questions from beginning to end with compassion. The team at Bay Ridge was very accommodating to meeting my timeline for picking up the vehicle, and made the process very simple for me. If you are looking for a good deal and outstanding customer service, don't go to New Jersey. Don't go to Long Island. Just go to Bayridge. Buying a new vehicle, especially for the 1st time, can be one of the most daunting experiences of one's life. Luckily, after going to several other dealers, we were able to purchase our '22 Tuscon from Moe, aka "Nephew", and he made it so pleasant and memorable. He, along with the Bayridge team, were kind, professional, playful and transparent through the entire process. Just purchased a Sonic Blue Kona N here and the process was very smooth. The pricing was transparent and fair. The staff, particularly Moe Nephew and the finance manager Nick, were very helpful. I put down a deposit on a particular color of the Kona N a couple weeks ago and Moe kept me up to date the whole way until delivery. It was delivered ahead of schedule too which was nice and by the time I came in to settle the purchase the car was prepped, gassed up and ready to go. Nick helped me get a fair price and settled the paperwork quickly. Making a big purchase like a car can have you second guessing yourself at times but Moe was great at making you feel like you made the right decision and I'm very happy with mine. A nice surprise for me was that they provided me with actual NY plates rather than temp tags. That was a nice bonus. This dealership is definitely work checking out and I went to a quite a few over the course of the last few weeks. Glad I ended up here. Cheers!

Although it took a while for the car to show up, Mo was a good communicator and this is clearly a national problem, not a Bay Ridge one. Really great experience with the Hyundai city sales crew. They treated me like a VIP and got the deal closed and funded within two days. Special shoutout to Moe nephew and Rohan, both guys really went above and beyond with both my trade-in and my many requests. Best decision I made in a while coming for that first test drive.

First off, I must say that I loved the culture of the dealership. They weren't like the other dealerships I've been to that give you a bait just to get you in, nor try to sell you a vehicle thousands over MSRP like most other dealerships are doing. I believe they are very fair with their prices given the state of the market. All the workers are very professional. They spoke to each other and the customers with utmost respect. Our salesman Patrick was amazing. He treated my wife and I with respect, exercised great patience, and answered questions and concerns. We appreciate everything he has done to help us to get the 2022 Tucson Hybrid SEL Convenience which we absolutely love so far! The Finance Manager Nick was very professional and patient also. He didn't rushed us nor forced anything on us that we didn't need. He listened and addressed our concerns. I am a firm believer in treating people with respect and being fair, and this dealership definitely possesses these characteristics. I had the absolute best experience here yesterday at Hyundai City of Bay Ridge. I had the pleasure of working with Nick L. who was knowledgable, patient, not pushy at all.... and had no problem answering all of my questions... and trust me I had a ton of questions! The entire team at this dealership worked together to ensure that i got everything I wanted in my brand spanking new Kona Sel.
