Had a terrific experience with Daniel Domovsky. We needed to trade in 2 leased cars for newer models. Given the current auto market I did not think it was possible to get it done quickly, and without paying exorbitant amounts over sticker price. Danny was a true professional throughout the process. He was very patient with all my questions and sometimes unrealistic demands, always available and responsive by phone, and he got us really good deals on both new vehicles, even was able to lower the cost of overage miles for one of the turned in cars. A real pleasure to work with. Looking forward to working with him again soon for another company vehicle.

I love the Signature Auto Group! I have three cars leased from them, and every time it's been a fantastic experience. Their customer service is top-notch, their rates are unbeatable and they're always cheaper than other companies, but most importantly: the team here really cares about their customers, which makes me feel like part of a family when visiting or dealing with any issues.

I usually don’t do reviews but with the great experience I had I had to make sure everyone knows. Daniel Domovsky is absolutely the best!!! I’ve been leasing cars for 20 years and have never had such an easy transaction. I had to sell one car, get financing for a lease I was looking to buyout and also find another car to lease. I expected it to be a headache. I tell Danny what I’m looking to do and he said don’t worry I got it. Less than 2 days I had everything done. He got me top dollar for my trade in. Took care of the financing for my lease buyout and delivered my new car. And all this without leaving the house. I’ll be recommending everyone I know to Signature and I’ll be back soon for my next…

If I could give 100 stars to Gary Furman I would! Gary knew that my wife and I were not knowledgeable about cars and that it was our first car purchase and instead of taking advantage of this, he protected us by getting a good deal. He explained EVERYTHING in detail and gave us a price/deal that was SUPERIOR than Nissan’s dealership. Yes! You read that right, Gary got us a deal BETTER than the dealership. Gary took his time to answer all of our questions and NEVER rushed us. Even before we made the deal he was one call away if we had questions. He got us the car we wanted for the price we wanted AND delivered the car right in front of my house. THANK YOU GARY! You earned a lifelong customer. If Gary ran for President I would vote for him! Not to exaggerate, but this was the best car buying experience I've had. I hate going dealer to dealer trying to find the right car and right deal. I got Jared's number through my cousin who highly recommended him and called him with what I was looking for. He got back to me quickly with an awesome deal. There was only a *little* negotiating because the deal was already better than anything I've heard thus far. I LITERALLY got my car delivered within 24 hours of contacting Jared. Working with him and Stan was very smooth and straightforward. None of the sleazy dealership tactics and baiting and switching. Definitely sending all my friends and family their way.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Literally purchased vehicle from my couch lol. No hassle, extremely convenient. They even handled my lease return on the spot, from my house. Couldnt have gone better. They are very transparent. Their staff is great and friendly. Everything was done fast. They even worked around my schedule and delivered my new car right to my house. They also paid off my old lease fast. It was the best experience I ever had with a leasing company. Been dealing with them for 7 years so far. But they are the best. My lease was ending and I decided that I was going to finance my car, but the dealership wanted me to come down to a local branch and wouldn’t do anything over the phone. So I contacted Boris Shulman at Signature Auto Group at he took care of everything. He contacted the dealership, was able to get a good rate, and even had the paperwork delivered to me when it was time to sign. The whole process was so easy and convenient. I will definitely contact Signature again in the future when I’m looking to upgrade to a new lease.

Alex Polishchuk at Signature Auto Group in Bay Ridge went above and beyond to find the best deal on the vehicle we wanted. Not only did we get the features we asked for, Alex found a vehicle with even more bells and whistles. Alex found every incentive and rebates available to ensure we were getting the lowest possible price, even beating the dealers! The evening prior to the delivery of our new vehicle, Julia from their insurance department made sure our auto insure company was notified of our new addition. Not only was our new vehicle delivered to our home by Ian, our previously leased vehicle was returned to another auto leasing company by him. This is my first time leasing through signature auto group and my experience was great! Boris my go to guy he made the experience extremely easy asked me what I wanted I told him exactly what I was looking for no headaches no problems got me the jeep I wanted very quickly for a great price, and had the car dropped off right at my house and took my old jeep back to return that I didn’t even lease thru them! It was just a great no headaches amazing experience and I’ll be back in 2 years for a new car! Thank you so much
