Sadly have had to stop going here as they barely fill up half the bowl and put almost no toppings- a complete ripoff compared to other sweet greens. This picture was supposed to be the peach burrata salad… and have now found hairs in my salad twice. :

This is what I got from delivery from this store. It isn’t filling up even half the bowl and I’m still hungry after. I even took an ingredient out and this is what I get for a $16 salad. This place used to be good with good portions but has really gone downhill.

First time here and the food was so good. I had the Hot Honey Harvest Chicken Plate and trust me I ate it all

Another example of a chain that was once worthwhile, but now staffed with apathetic children who make miserable food while complaining. No rice in the rice bowl...tiny sad portions. I used to be happy to pay the price for a good sized bowl that was thoughtful, now its just a sad bowl of scraps.

Whoever made your rice today needs to be fired. Was completely raw. Also, would it hurt for the staff to put on a smile? I will not be traveling back to this location for a sub-standard $16 salad.

Sweet green is literally the best. All their ingredients are always fresh and delicious. The bowls on their menu are always an amazing combination of flavors. Even though it does hurt to spend about $13 on a salad, the pain quickly goes away when you're staring at a gigantic bowl trying to figure out how you're going to finish it in one sitting. Always worth the wait

So I came from the other sweet green at dumbo and decided to come here to have a wonderful salad and I found a BIG WATERBUG in my food when I got home…. yes in my food i will never come here ever again. I am so disgusted and disappointed how unorganized and how unprofessional the company is. gross! 0 stars !

Every time I come I order same salad and they charge me different prices! I don’t really I understand! When you come an order come with the previous receipt! So they don’t overcharged you

Always great service at this location! It’s also beautifully decorated, has a lot of sunlight. Can’t stop myself from taking pictures. Absolutely love it and I have to say that I am sweetgreener from the very beginning and the service and care I got from Celeste I’ve never experienced at any of locations. Unbelievably customer oriented and friendly person! Big respect and thank You!

I am so excited to share my experience in this location. Let’s start from the beginning!!! While you walk in through the front door there was an employee so kind ready to greet us and lead the way. As I placed my order the employee who helped was a great help. I had many questions as it was my first time ordering SG! The rest is history I would come to this location and this location only !! I am huge on great kind service and this was definitely it!! Thank you team
