Amazing customer service, great food

We stopped by for some grub before heading up to Top of the Rock. Food was healthful but portions are small-ish. Prep area was a little messy. Takeaway only.

Hands down the worst sweetgreen in NYC. I thought things would be better in current times Sept-20 since there are significantly less people, but this place is horrendous. Tomatoes were brown and soggy. The kale smelled rotten. I would not be surprised if I get sick in a couple of days. Walk a few streets over for another location.

Terrible service and quality of product, especially for online orders, which have missing ingredients every single order. This used to be a well-run, innovative chain, but is now a mockery of what a food-service business should look like. The chain could also benefit from some very basic operational and customer experience training.

Love this place ! The food is healthy, delicious and clean! The portions are very good ! The staff are super sweet and serve with a smile.

Unbelievably terrible, like it’s basically robbery.

I would give this zero stars if I could for customer service. Absolutely horrendous. Besides that the salads are a 4 star for me. Minus 1 for the insane prices just for a add on
