Utsav, a word with origins in Sanskirt, means festival. Join us in the joy of our food and culture.
Utsav is a bi level restaurant in the heart of Times Square located uniquely on a skywalk between two buildings. It is adjoining the Laura Pels Theatre and is also located within walking distance from numerous other Broadway shows including the very popular An American In Paris. There is a cozy lounge on the lower level with outdoor dining available in summer. The upper level newly renovated dining room has floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking both 46th & 47th streets.
In addition to the a la carte menu Utsav offers a daily lunch buffet and a three course prix fixe menu at dinner.
Chef Hari Nayak, the author of five cookbooks is known as one of the pioneers of modern Indian cuisine. At Utsav, he introduces some of his dishes that fuse the flavors of India with his signature modern New York twist. His goal is to change the way you perceive and experience Indian cuisine. The wine list at Utsav is made by James Beard award winning Consulting Sommelier Rajat Parr.
