Delivery Appointment: 7:00am, in: 6:45am, out: 15:47, marked late (7:02) so they don't have to worry about the detention. Guard who signs you in works there one week and takes forever, person at the receiving window probably one day. They won't put times on your bills, broker has to email them...I wonder why??

For trucks delivering it closes at 2pm and no parking overnight. The people there are rude and will yell at you even if you just park for a second to find a truck stop to go to. Also they are the slowest at unloading. Backed into a door at 8am didn't get out till 3pm. Also expect some pretty high lumper fees.

You see 1 star on my rating because I can't give them zero. This place sucks! Drivers: when are we going to learn to stop delivering to these places!!

Came threw gate at 440 am backed n dock suppose to b a pull and go on green didn't get out until almost 10am. They made me miss my other appts. No one knows who is doing what and all they could say was they thought I was gone. I really dislike coming here. The restroom is nasty and u have to share with everyone. They really need to update the drivers area. Plus get a manager that stays on top of the unloading.

The guard shack runs this facility. Stood outside for 30 minutes before I was graciously greeted. Then I couldn’t finish my business because watermeloneshia is on the phone with Tyrone. Needs different security guards immediately
