I love coming here when I visit my sister, they come at least once a week. BUT today was not a good experience. It was 9pm...so they weren't busy. Food was great as usual, that's why the 2 stars, but we did not encounter any person that ACTED pleased we were here. We had to ask for refills...waitress 101 no no. Cleaning up with mops, while we were trying to eat. Our refill margarita was just dropped on our table with no words as "can we get anything else"??

Emily sucked. Absolutely no customer service kept bringing the check and asking if we were ready to pay before we could even order anything else and each time she'd just run off before we could ask for anything. Was going to tip well, but she just wanted to rush us out and didn't seem to care of we were done or not. Black girl named Emily is best to avoid ask for a different server if you actually want to enjoy your meal.

I think the food is really good here and we come in at least 3x month. However the service has gone down hill the last few times. Our server was Evan tonight and forgot half of the order and we never did get our appetizer. Drinks were not replenished ever. When we were all finally served and just starting he asked if we wanted to go boxes. I hope he's new and will get the training he deserves.

I like this particular location. Since we are literally right around the corner, it's become our neighborhood favorite. Can go in, get some chips and salsa, and indulge on some good ol Mexican food, go home and to to sleep. Isn't that how its supposed to be? Only word of caution is sometimes the staff rotates out with some younger teens, or servers that dont seem "ecstatic" about their job. ...I still recommend!
