T.J. Maxx

If they had 10 Stars I would give it to them! I'm in tjmaxx about 3 times a week and the selection is always amazing! I have 3 girls and we love to shop. It helps to find name brand clothes for a fraction of the price. I definitely recommend TJMAXX to everyone.

Terrible customer service! When I went to try on, the dressing room attendant ripped the clothes out of my hand before and after! I understand they need to count to prevent theft but this woman was just out right rude! She took a sweater in my hand away that I actually wanted to buy, and I just stood there looking at her and she was like oh did you actually want that? Which I was like yes. She had a very bad attitude. Also when I went to check out there were 5 register lights on with 5 people standing behind them BUT NONE of them wanted to check me out! I stood there just looking at them all and was like who is going to check me out? One just pointed at the others while the rest just stood there staring at me with stupid expressions. Needless to say I ended up walking out without buying anything due to the sheer rudeness of the staff! Not to mention how dirty the place was! Clothes are dirty with dirt and stains, and the store was filthy. I took my pants off to try some new ones on and didn't notice the floor was covered in so much dust bunnies that it hardly seemed as if it had been swept in monthes! I had to shake the dust and dirt off my pants before putting them back on! How gross! Also it is hard to find clothes that don't have rips, snags, and tears (not talking about the ones that are made that way.) Overall I am extremely disappointed on how downhill this place has gone! I used to be a frequent shopper but not anymore!

Organized location and lots to chose from! We got a great deal on a men's Citizen watch! Employee who helped us at the jewelry counter was super friendly!

Don't shop here! Save your time and money and go somewhere else! It is not worth the horrible workers' attitudes!
