Hotest day in years, over 100 and they have NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!!! Heck of a way to run a business. The service was good., the menu simple and diverse. Food arrived in spurts. Over 5 min till everyone was served. Portions looked large but I was not satisfied. Taste was kind of bland. But as hot as it was, I couldn't wait to get out of there. Call it bad luck or poor timing but the bill was over $150 for a miserable dining experience.
Place was not packed, good was so very tasty. Got a BBQ sandwich with bourbon carolina sauce little bit sweet. The bun and pulled pork...yummy The fries were just ok We also had a salad and that was also very good.
This was our first time here, we have been to the other sister restaurants and enjoy them as well. We had a fantastic meal. The corn risotto was absolutly perfect with the BBQ combo. We are eager to try brunch here too.
Bottomless brunch is where it's at. This place is delicious and we were able to get brunch for $30. Though they don't do it during football season, they gave it to us since we weren't watching football. Food was amazing and the portions were just right. Mimosas were the right mix and great for a hangover meal. My buddies had a great time.
Tasty food, the host is very friendly and smiling, the services is very fast, the waiters are very active and some of them are bilingual English and Spanish. The bar zone is full all the time! Good time, good drinks and good service too. Sometimes they go so fast that they forget some dishes or ingredients. I would go again.
- food was good, I had the Cajun fried fish and chips. It was super good and had nice flavor. - place was clean. - service was quick and staff were super friendly. - was able to find parking near this place around lunch. - had a nice selection of beers and drinks which was good. - overall I'll be going back and would recommend.
We had eaten at this fine restaurant about one year ago. Once again we were happily surprised by the expertise of the staff to include Katie, Ashley and Trent our servers, Taylor the hostess, and Elizabeth who took our reservation. We all enjoyed our delicious food. Thanks again T. J. Stone for a wonderful experience.
Went here for the first time got the Tennessee sliders and a side of fries the sliders were decent but not exceptional while the fries were soggy and lacked salt. The trivia night was delightful and we definitely had a blast as both the host and participants were wonderful.Food: 3/5
Surprisingly good food for a bar. They really are actually a restaurant with a bar. The food is really good. Try the steak salad. It is fabulous with lots of blue cheese, artichoke hearts, red peppers, really good stuff
TJ’a is my local bar. Jonathan is great! But I will not be returning. I have had the occasion to be there while a meet up group is there. Every time that happens the wait staff becomes way to stressed out. No sense of friendliness even going so far as to say stay out of the area between tables in the bar side. Very curtly I may add. The staff there gets overwhelmed too easily and the crowd certainly was not that encumbering. A Friday both happy hour should not be a stressed out event.
